PA66/PTFE处理的痛点在哪?它是在PA66里填了PTFE做自润滑,耐磨、无油、滑动系数低,做卡钳衬套、关节轴承是好手。可PA66本身就吸潮凶,再填上PTFE,这料更金贵,受潮了耐磨性能就打折扣,就像运动鞋底掺了砂纸,看着没事,一用就掉渣。PTFE碎屑还容易和别的料混,一混整袋就掉价。
再加上用量集中在做耐磨件的小众圈子,普通回收商拿在手里掂不出门道,更测不准PTFE填了多少。一车料他按普通PA66收,你那点自润滑的溢价全被吃掉。
专用、难分、怕潮,是PA66/PTFE呆滞料甩不掉的三个标签。
你喊收废料的来看货,对方捏起一粒,"哦尼龙,涩的",张嘴按普通PA66报价。他根本不知道这颗粒里掺了多少PTFE。
有的贩子更绝,先把自润滑料说得一钱不值,说"这东西不好出,只能当杂料",转头他自己卖给做耐磨件的厂,差价翻几番。你品品,他赚的就是你不懂行的钱。
说白了,专用料在他手里不是废料,是信息差变现的工具。
统货商不是在帮你处理专用料,是在赌你认不出它的价值。

说个真事。北仑一家做衬套的厂,项目撤了压了大概2吨PA66/PTFE,还有半袋PTFE车削屑混在里面。我们上门分级,整袋好料按自润滑走耐磨件客户,那半袋车削屑单独评估进配方,回收款抵了他下一单KONICE改性塑料的货款,老邓说"原来这碎渣子也能换钱"。
把不起眼的专用料盘活,这才叫真本事。
说白了,你这料在别人手里要倒上两三手,在科隆这儿是能直接对上下游需求的货。中间那些倒手环节和压秤砍价,省下来的部分,都折回到你的报价里。
目前流通量大、我们常年在收的:Celanese塞拉尼斯(原杜邦Zytel)Zytel WRF403、Zytel WRF500等PA66/PTFE牌号。SABIC、BASF等其他润滑改性牌号及国产自润滑料,以实物评估为准。
回收形态:呆滞原包料、水口料浇口料、边角料机头料、PTFE车削屑、不良品件、库存尾料都收,标识清楚、未严重污染即可。自润滑料尤其怕混入普通PA66,能分开更好。
"PTFE填充料没人要?"真相是耐磨件厂抢着要,只是他们不在废品市场收货。
"掺了PTFE的碎料只能扔?"真相是单独评估照样能进配方换钱。
"按尼龙统货卖省事?"真相是自润滑料和普通尼龙价差不小,统货卖等于白送差价。
Old Deng makes wear-resistant parts in Yinzhou, producing parking caliper bushings and robot joint bearings. Last month, a batch of automation equipment projects was withdrawn, leaving the three bags of PA66/PTFE self-lubricating material in the warehouse. The bags contained rough granules, mixed with PTFE, heavier than ordinary nylon, but the project was wasted—this material had been sitting in the corner for almost half a year.
Old Deng Knowledgeable: PA66 with PTFE is self-lubricating wear-resistant material, and making bushing bearings is a necessity, with a high unit price. But this material is too specialized; ordinary recyclers don't even know how to sort PTFE. They feel bad when sold cheap, but unwilling to accept it when sold at high prices.
Specialized material storage isn't about the goods, but about your uncertainty about its value. What are the pain points in
PA66/PTFE processing? They use PTFE inside PA66 for self-lubrication, making it wear-resistant, oil-free, and has a low slip coefficient. It's great for caliper bushings and joint bearings. But PA66 itself absorbs moisture very well, and adding PTFE makes the material even more precious. When it gets damp, its wear resistance drops—like a sports shoe sole mixed with sandpaper—it looks fine but falls off as soon as you use it. PTFE chips also easily mix with other materials, and mixing them drops in value as a whole bag.
Plus, in a niche circle focused on wear-resistant parts, ordinary recyclers can't figure out how much PTFE is used. He charges a whole truckload of material as regular PA66, and your small self-lubricating premium is completely eaten.
Specialized, hard to distinguish, and afraid of moisture—these are the three labels that PA66/PTFE useless materials can't shake off.
You call the scrap collector to come see the goods, but they pick up a grain and say, "Oh, nylon, it's astringent," and immediately quote at regular PA66. He has no idea how much PTFE is mixed into these pellets.
Some dealers are even more ruthless, first making self-lubricating materials seem worthless, saying "This stuff is hard to sell, only miscellaneous material," then turns around and sells it to a wear-resistant parts factory, multiplying the price difference several times over. Just think about it, what they make is money you don't understand.
To put it bluntly, specialized materials in his hands aren't waste—they're tools for monetizing information gaps.
Wholesalers aren't helping you handle special materials; they're gambling that you won't recognize their value.

Self-lubricating material isn't afraid of being wanted; what it's afraid of is being sold by weight like ordinary nylon.

After so many years in business, one of the most common questions from bosses is, "How much is this material really worth?" Actually, the answer isn't complicated: materials with clear grades and good condition are more expensive than mixed loading and selling; Starting the grading sale a day earlier means losing a month of rent and interest.
Tell a true story. A factory in Beilun that makes bushings has withdrawn and compressed about 2 tons of PA66/PTFE, along with half a bag of PTFE turning chips mixed in. We go door-to-door grading, and the whole bag of good material is self-lubricating to remove wear-resistant parts from customers. Those half bags of turning chips are separately evaluated and formulated, and the recycling proceeds offset the next order for KONICE modified plastics. Old Deng said, "So even this scrap can be converted into money."
Revitalizing unremarkable specialized materials is what real skill is.
To put it bluntly, your material might take two or three lots in others' hands, but here in Cologne, you can directly meet the demand of upstream and downstream customers. The resale and price bargaining steps in the middle, the saved portion is all returned to your quotation.
Currently, the high-circulation items we have been collecting year-round: Celanese (formerly DuPont Zytel), Zytel WRF403, Zytel WRF500, and other PA66/PTFE grades. Other lubricant modification grades like SABIC, BASF, and domestic self-lubricating materials are subject to physical appraisal.
Recycling forms: Obsolete original packaging, sprue and gate materials, offcuts, machine head scraps, PTFE turning chips, defective parts, and inventory scraps are all accepted. As long as labels are clear and not seriously contaminated, they are accepted. Self-lubricating materials are especially vulnerable to ordinary PA66, so it's even better if they can be separated.
