PC/HIPS为什么难处理?它把PC的强度和HIPS的易成型拼在一起,专门给一些对成本敏感、又要一定强度的工业件用。可正因为是定制配混,每家厂的PC/HIPS比例都不一样,外观颗粒可能看着差不多,物性却差出一大截。这就像定制西服——你合身的时候是宝贝,胖瘦一变,卖给二手店人家都不敢收。普通回收商拿到手,既不知道你这袋PC占几成,也不知道有没有加阻燃,干脆按"不明合金"压你一刀。定制料单价不低,压在仓里又是资金又是租金,时间一长HIPS那部分还容易吸潮,表面发乌。
定制料就怕的不是放,是没人查得到它的底细。
还有个麻烦:定制料没有公开牌号,连物性表都在原配混厂手里。你想转卖,下家要资料你拿不出,只能靠口头描述,报出来的价自然没底气;遇到较真的,连门都进不去。
再说收废料的。你打一圈电话,对方一听"定制合金、无通用牌号",先沉默三秒,然后报个价低到地板。统货商碰到没有标签的料,套路你闭着眼都能背:先把你说慌,"这料没牌号,谁知道里面加了啥,我们只能按统货收",然后一刀砍到脚踝。有些更绝,上门看都不看就压价——反正你也没物性表,他说啥就是啥。说白了,他不是在收货,是在赌你不懂行,赌赢了就捡个大便宜。
没有标签的料,在贩子眼里就是没有价的料。

避坑三条。"定制料随便找个收废料的?"真相是没标签更要找能实测的人。"放着等下一个项目用?"真相是项目不等人,料越放越窄。"谁价高卖给谁?"真相是不敢测的贩子,只能给你统货价。

This material was originally specially customized by a mixing factory, with only internal numbers on the bags, and no generic grades to be found. Once the equipment was changed, the new equipment ran on a different system, and those five tons instantly became dead stock of "knowing it's good material but not knowing who to sell it to." The advantage of custom materials is that they fit well; the downside is that when they don't fit, no one can handle them. Why is
PC/HIPS so hard to handle? It combines the strength of PC with the moldability of HIPS, specifically for cost-sensitive industrial parts that require a certain level of strength. But precisely because it's a custom mix, each factory's PC/HIPS ratio is different. The particles may look similar, but their physical properties differ greatly. It's like a custom suit—when it fits, it's a treasure; once you change weight, even second-hand shops wouldn't dare accept it. Ordinary recyclers get it and don't know what percentage of your PC bag is or if it's flame-retardant, so they just label it a "unknown alloy" and cut you hard. Custom materials are expensive and stored in the warehouse with both capital and rent. Over time, the HIPS part absorbs moisture easily and the surface looks dull.
The real worry about custom materials isn't being listed, but that no one can find out their background.
There's another problem: custom materials don't disclose the grade, and even the physical property chart is held by the original mixing factory. If you want to resell, the next seller can't provide the information, so you can only rely on verbal descriptions, so the quoted price is naturally unreliable; If you get serious, you can't even get inside.
Now let's talk about the scrap collectors. You make a round call, and the other party hears "custom alloy, no common grade," they first stay silent for three seconds, then quote prices as low as the floor. When a wholesaler encounters unlabeled materials, their tricks are so good you can recite them with your eyes closed: first, they tell you, "This material has no grade, who knows what's added? We can only buy as standard," then cut it down to the ankle. Some are even worse, they bargain without even looking—after all, you don't have a physical property chart, so whatever they say goes. To put it bluntly, they're not actually receiving goods; they're gambling that you don't know the trade, and if you win, you get a huge bargain.
Materials without labels are considered worthless materials in the eyes of dealers.

You order the appearance and quantity of the material bags, and what they originally used to be made. We grade and quote based on the actual product, and once agreed, we come to the door to deliver the goods. The recycled amount can be directly used to offset your future purchase of new materials—for engineering plastics, we have our own KONICE modified plastic series. For Dongguan Lao Gao's five-ton unlabeled custom materials, we brought them back to the factory for physical properties testing, discounted them to a real price, and directly offset about half of the payment for his KONICE modified materials for the second half of the year. We have received quite a few recyclable PC/HIPS grades. Mainstream systems for PC/HIPS custom blends like LNP, RTP, and Avient are all within the regular acceptance range; Other brands, formulas, and even unlabeled PC/HIPS are also welcome, subject to actual product evaluation. Recyclable forms include obsolete original pack material (whole pallets or loose packages are fine), sprue and gate materials, industrial scrap and machine head scrap, special parts scrap and defective products, and inventory scrap scraps from project closures. Even if the label is missing, as long as you can say what you originally made, you can negotiate.
Three pitfalls to avoid. "Custom parts, just pick any scrap supplier?" The truth is, without labels, you need to find someone who can actually test it. "Leave it for the next project?" The truth is, projects don't wait for people, and the material gets narrower and narrower. "Whoever sells at the highest price?" The truth is, dealers who don't dare to test can only offer you a uniform price.
