Old Hu's injection molding workshop is in Zhenhai, specializing in new energy high-voltage connectors. Last year, when the 800V project wrapped up, the client switched to newer generation materials, leaving seven bags of PA10T glass fiber reinforced material in the warehouse. The whole pallet was stacked on the second shelf level, with the outer box labeled "moisture-proof." The bags were shiny, but when orders were gone, the material became a hot potato.

Old Hu knew very well that PA10T was high-temperature nylon, not cheap, and the cost was not small. But he knew even better that this material had a narrow processing window and strict moisture absorption requirements. No one dared to casually test it in a regular warehouse, and once tested, it would be a whole resale.

Stagnant material isn't just about the goods, but about your entire batch of frozen working capital. What makes

PA10T processing difficult? It's high-temperature nylon with high glass fiber content—commonly 30%, 45%, or 60% fiberglass. The pellets look tough, but after absorbing moisture and injection molding, they bubble, warp, and float in size. High-temperature nylon absorbs moisture like cookies left overnight after opening—they look unchanged, but when bitten into, they're all soft and can't return to their physical properties.

Plus, it's a specialized grade, for high-voltage connectors and SMT connectors—precision parts like those can't even be measured by ordinary recyclers, let alone graded pricing. A truckload of material is collected as high-temperature nylon, and the premium of your high-value modified material is all eaten.

High-value, specialized, moisture-sensitive—this is why PA10T dull material gets cheaper the longer it is delayed.

You call the scrap collector, they count around the pallet, take out their phone to snap a photo, and then quote you a "high-temperature nylon bulk price."

Some traders are even more clever, first raising the price over the phone, saying, "I'm scrambling to get this material downstream," then wait until the truck arrives and start picking each one one by one: this bag has oil stains, that bag has smudged labels, this batch of fiberglass isn't enough, and they cut down one by one. You've already unloaded half the goods, and after hauling them back, you'll have to pay another fare, so you have to grit your teeth and accept it.

To put it bluntly, what they're betting on is that you rush to clear space for cash.

The enthusiasm of the wholesaler is never for you—it's the bargaining space left for themselves.

Cologne specializes in terminal digestion, specializing in high-value high-temperature nylon.

Popular grades like Kingfa Vicnyl series and EMS's Grivory HT are long-term targets for customers and connector manufacturers involved in high-temperature modification. After grading, we directly connect with downstream suppliers without inventory pressure. For niche batches, bulk scraps, or incomplete labels, we use Cologne's own modified formula and supply heat-resistant and flame-retardant modified materials downstream, regardless of brand or batch.

Pricing is based on grade, glass fiber content, flame retardant grade, physical properties, and appearance. 30% glass fiber and 60% glass fiber are priced separately, with no single spoonful of boiling. With modified production capacity and long-term customers backing the market, we follow when the market rises, and when the market is weak, we have channels to back down. Our quotes are stable, and we won't change our minds right after quoting.

High-value materials aren't afraid of pressure; what's scary is that people who don't understand will sell them cheaply as ordinary nylon.

Cooperative to buy recycled materials for new ones: you submit materials, we grade and evaluate them, large quantities come to collect goods, buyback payments are deducted from new material payments, and invoices are settled.

After so many years in business, one of the most common questions from bosses is, "How much is this material really worth?" Actually, the answer isn't complicated: materials with clear grades and preserved condition are more expensive than selling mixed and loaded materials; Starting a graded sale one day earlier means losing a month of rent and interest.

Tell a true story. A Beilun manufacturer of connectors used about 6 tons of PA10T reinforcement material for a project upgrade, including two batches of halogen-free flame-retardant grade. We went to the site for grading: four batches of high-temperature nylon connectors were sent to customers for high-temperature nylon, two batches of bulk material went into modified formulas, and the repurchase payment was used to offset the next order of KONICE modified plastics. After calculation, they got tens of thousands more than selling bulk goods, and the warehouse was cleared out of a large area.

Turning the money stuck in the account into new material quotas is what it means to deal with stagnant materials.

To put it bluntly, your material might take two or three hands in others' hands, but here in Cologne, it can directly meet upstream and downstream demand. Any savings from the resale and weighing bargaining steps are all returned to your quotation.

Currently widely available, we regularly collect Kingfa Vicnyl R6035, Vicnyl R6143NH, Vicnyl 72GF30HSL2, EMS-GRIVORY, Grivory HT3, etc. Other PA10T grades and domestic materials such as Walt, Kaisai, Huisheng, etc., are subject to actual product appraisal.

Recycling form: Obsolete original packaging (whole pallet/loose pack), sprue and gate materials, offcuts and machine head materials, defective parts, and inventory scrap materials are all accepted. As long as labels are clear and not seriously contaminated. High-temperature nylon is especially prone to moisture, clumping, and mixed with miscellaneous materials; it's better to separate the materials into separate bags when reporting.

"No one wants high-temperature nylon?" "The truth is, downstream connector factories are scrambling to buy it, but they don't buy from the scrap market."

"Waiting for new projects to launch before using it?" "The truth is that high-temperature materials absorb moisture irreversibly, and by the time the project arrives, the material is already worthless."

"Who sells to whom at the highest price?" "The truth is, first, they lure you in at a high price, then come to the factory to weigh and bargain, and when you get it, you often get it at the floor price."
