Old Lin's factory is in Dongguan, making electronic connectors and high-frequency components. Last year, when 5G projects cut orders, he stored nearly two tons of Vectra and LAPEROS in his warehouse, neatly stacked in temperature-controlled warehouses, labeled new. LCP is expensive, specialized for thin-walled connectors, and one kilogram is worth several times more than ordinary engineering materials. Holding it for half a year means occupying over a hundred thousand yuan. Finance keeps urging for price drops, but he keeps delaying. The warehouse manager says this material occupies a temperature-controlled warehouse, so the electricity and rent are high. He wants to clear it quickly, but he's afraid someone will treat it like regular LCP.

The more expensive the high-frequency material, the more it's stored in the warehouse feels like a shrinking deposit. What is

LCP? LCD polymer flows especially well and can be injection molded to make very thin and fine connectors. 5G high-frequency, mobile phones, and cars all use it. But its value lies in its "thinness and fineness"—like ultra-thin stockings, yarn is useless when pulled, and the flow and size of sprue and crushed materials differ significantly from the original packaging, causing a drop in quality if mixed. Plus, the material circle is narrow, with downstream only electronic connectors and high-frequency communication companies; ordinary recyclers can't find buyers. High unit price, niche, and depreciating value—all of these have been met by Lao Lin. He asked around the collectors, but none could distinguish between thin wall grade and ordinary grade; they all bargained according to regular LCP.

The awkward problem with niche high-frequency materials is that good materials are afraid of mixing; once mixed in, they lose value.

You bring in a wholesaler, but they can't tell the difference between Vectra and LAPEROS from who, saying "LCP is the same price," and labels your thin-walled quality materials as ordinary LCP. A half-Buddhist remark: it's not that they don't know their value; they pretend to be unfamiliar with it to pocket the price difference. Weighing the scale, saying you have too much material and want to discount, quoting a high price first, then cutting — this combination is especially targeted when you're eager to clear out. Here's a true story: some competitors were pulled back and forth twice, resulting in a price difference of less than 20,000 yuan, which was painful. To put it bluntly, for such precious LCP products, they worry you want speed while they want cheapness, so once they gather the material, they sell it cheaply.

The dealer's calculations are even more shrewd than your accountant's.

Cologne is a target for LCP. We have downstream customers for connectors and high-frequency parts receiving this material: Celanese Vectra, Solvay Xydar, Sumitomo SUMIKASUPER, Poly LAPEROS, Kuraray VECSTAR grades are distributed the same day without inventory pressure. Niche batches and sprue materials are processed by their own modified formulas, not picky by brand or batch. We price by grade, fiberglass content, and high-frequency grade, with clear and precise pricing. With our own production capacity plus customer backing, we don't bargain at the last minute when the market fluctuates. To put it simply, what we earn isn't the price resale difference, but the money "that recognizes the material and delivers to the right people."

To catch high-frequency thin-walled materials, you need to have real channels in the connector community.

Five-step process: material submission→ graded evaluation→ on-site receipt→ deduction of payment→ settlement and invoice. Old Lin's two tons of LCP, after evaluation, were converted into KONICE's modified plastic new material quota, which just offset the purchase price for his next batch of connector materials. A connector factory did the same last month—weighing and paying on the same day, relaxing the pressure that had been held for over half a year. Send us the grade, quantity, and photos, and we'll estimate the range remotely. If it seems suitable, we'll arrange an appointment to make a visit, so you won't have to go for nothing.

Turning dead money into living money is more reliable than waiting for the project to restart.

Grade Selection: Celanese Vectra E130i, Vectra A130, Zenite 6130L, Syensqo Solvay Xydar G-930, Xydar G-330 HH, Xydar RC-210, Sumitomo SUMIKASUPER E5008, E6008, SZ-6505, Poly LAPEROS S471, E471, L204T, Kuraray VECSTAR, VECSTAR CT—all within the standard recycling scope. Recyclable forms include stagnant original packaging, sprue gate material, thin-walled scraps, connector defects, inventory scraps. Sprue material and original packaging material should be separated as much as possible for higher appraised prices. We sorted different grades on-site: those who should go to the next store go down, those who should enter the formula go in.

Avoid three pitfalls. First, "LCP is always the same"—the truth is that prices vary greatly depending on the grade and glass fiber content. Second, "Mix sprue material and original packaging material," but the truth is, if mixed, they follow the sprue material price. Third, "Leave it and wait for the project to restart"—the truth is, just sitting there will only cause depreciation, and the restart is still far off. High-frequency materials are just afraid of delays; the sooner they are released, the sooner they are released
