都是透明颗粒,都是聚酯,瓶级和纤维级一字之差,价格差一截,做出来的东西却天差地别。拿纤维级去吹瓶子,强度不够、醛味偏大,瓶子一磕就裂;拿瓶片去纺丝,又纯属浪费钱。更坑的是,市面上还有把回料瓶片掺进副牌里卖的,光看颗粒真看不出来。

PET副牌的逻辑和别的品类一样:同一厂家、同一牌号,出厂检验个别指标没全达正牌线,就是副牌。它还是原厂原生切片,分子结构和正牌一致。
来源还是那四个:开停车头尾料、牌号切换过渡料、工艺波动致羧基粘度或色相小幅超标的批次、副线尾料。
要特别提醒:PET副牌的命门在羧基粘度(IV值)和乙醛含量。IV值差一点,吹瓶壁厚就不稳;乙醛偏高,装饮料就有味。所以PET副牌验收,比别的材料更抠这两项。它和回料瓶片的区别更要说透——副牌是原生切片只检不过,回料是收回来的旧瓶子再造粒,已经被热历史折腾过一轮。
Indorama:全球瓶级PET的头部供应商

信诚工业:一体化的成本玩家
印度信诚工业Reliance,PTA到PET全链一体化,原料自给,成本结构在全球都算硬。它的瓶片主打大批量、成本敏感型市场。
它家副牌,适合走量的通用包装瓶、非食品级容器。本质上,一体化大厂的副牌,基材一致性有保障,关键是你得把IV值和乙醛这两项测准再签。
买PET副牌,先把等级和指标卡死
头一条,先确认你要瓶级还是纤维级。这是头一步,搞错了后面全白搭。
第二,IV值(羧基粘度)进厂必测,吹瓶稳定性全看它。
第三,食品接触用的,乙醛含量必须让供方出数据,别信口头。

Both are transparent pellets, both polyester; the difference between bottle grade and fiber grade is just one word, and the price difference is huge, but the product is worlds apart. Using fiber grade to blow bottles lacks strength, has a strong aldehyde smell, and the bottle cracks with a single bump; Spun bottle chips is pure waste of money. Who in the world supplies the skeleton of a bottle of mineral water?
PET is scientifically known as polyethylene terephthalate; beverage bottles, edible oil drums, textile fibers, and films are all made of it. Among them, bottle-grade PET (bottle flakes) is called bottle-grade PET, emphasizing low acetaldehyde, high strength, and stable bottle blowing properties; those making garment spinning are called fiber-grade, with a completely different standard.
Global PET resin production capacity is highly concentrated. Sub-brand: Same batch material, just a slight difference in specs
PET The logic of sub-brands is the same as other categories: same manufacturer, same grade, but some factory inspection indicators don't fully meet the official line, that's sub-brand. It's still original factory sliced material, with molecular structure identical to the genuine brand.
Sources are still the same four: start-stop tail material, grade switching transition material, batch of carboxyl viscosity or hue slightly exceeding standards due to process fluctuations, and secondary line tailing.
Special reminder: The key to PET secondary brands is carboxyl viscosity (IV value) and acetaldehyde content. If the IV value is slightly lower, the blow bottle wall thickness becomes unstable; If acetaldehyde is too high, it tastes good when used in beverages. Therefore, the acceptance of PET secondary brands is more particular about these two aspects than other materials. The difference between them and recycled bottle chips is even more thorough—secondary brands are native chips that can't be inspected, while recycled materials are recycled old bottles re-pelletized, and they've already been tossed up by the heat history.

Buy PET sub-brand, first lock the grade and indicators
First item: confirm whether you want bottle grade or fiber grade. This is the first step; if you get it wrong, everything else is wasted.
Second, IV value (carboxyl viscosity) must be tested before entering the factory; blow molding stability depends entirely on it.
Third, for food contact products, acetaldehyde content must be provided by the supplier; don't trust verbal claims.
Fourth, distinguish between large and small packages. Large blow molding factories use large packaging; small batch samples use small packaging.
In short: When a large factory's sub-brand is entered, first test IV and acetaldehyde before signing a contract; batch samples can be traced.
