共聚料压库,压的不是货,是你对它还能不能用的纠结。
PA6/66处理的痛点在哪?它是PA6和PA66的共聚,韧性好、成型宽,做膜和单丝很合适。可它吸潮,共聚尼龙吸潮就像糯米粉受潮结块,看着没变化,一上机就知道不行。受潮了吹出来的膜有晶点、单丝易拉断。
再加上它是共聚专用料,普通回收商分不清这是均聚PA6还是共聚PA6/66,更测不准共聚比例。一车料他按普通尼龙收,你那点共聚料的专用性全被吃掉。
怕潮、专用、怕被混为一谈,是PA6/66呆滞料的三道坎。
你喊收废料的来,对方捏起一粒,"哦尼龙",张嘴按统货报价。他分不清C33和普通PA6的区别。
有的贩子更绝,电话里说"共聚料我下游有人要",车到现场又改口"这料颜色偏黄,再让点"。你货都卸了一半,拉回去又是一趟车费,只能认。
说白了,他赌的就是你不懂共聚、急着腾地方。
统货商不是在收废料,是在收你的信息差。

做了这么多年,老板们问得较多的一句就是“我这料到底值多少”。其实答案不复杂:分得清牌号、保得住状态的料,比混着装车卖得贵;早一天分级出手,等于少亏一个月的租金和利息。
说个真事。余姚一家做单丝的厂,订单取消压了大概4吨PA6/66,其中两袋是吹膜级。我们上门分级,三袋状态好的按共聚走膜和单丝客户,一袋散料进改性配方,回收款抵了他下一单KONICE改性塑料的货款,老徐说仓库一下清爽了,压着的现金也活过来了。
把死料变成新料额度,这才叫盘活。
说白了,你这料在别人手里要倒上两三手,在科隆这儿是能直接对上下游需求的货。中间那些倒手环节和压秤砍价,省下来的部分,都折回到你的报价里。
目前流通量大、我们常年在收的:BASF巴斯夫Ultramid C33、Ultramid C33 L、Ultramid C36等共聚牌号。EMS、Toray等其他共聚牌号及国产料,以实物评估为准。
回收形态:呆滞原包料(整托/散包)、水口料浇口料、边角料机头料、膜边料、不良品件、库存尾料都收,标识清楚、未严重污染即可。共聚料尤其怕吸潮和混入均聚尼龙,能分袋分开更好。
"共聚料太小众?"真相是膜和单丝厂抢着要,只是他们不在废品市场收货。
"放着等下批膜订单?"真相是吸潮不可逆,订单没来料先不值钱了。
"按尼龙统货卖省事?"真相是共聚和均聚价差不小,统货卖等于白送差价。
Old Xu makes films and monofilaments in Cixi, with a row of blown film and wire drawing machines. Last month, a batch of packaging film orders was canceled, and the PA6/66 copolymer material was gone, leaving only six bags of copolymer pellets in the warehouse. The bags are semi-transparent and the particles are uniform, but customers switch to other film materials, which sit on the pallet for two months. The words "pending processing" on the ledger are more and more frustrating.
Old Xu knows the rope: PA6/66 is copolymer nylon, good at blow molding films, monofilaments, and hot forming, but it absorbs moisture, and after sitting too long, the film surface fogs up and loses strength. When the volume grows, it piles up, and the rent and interest come every month.
Copolymer storage pressure isn't about the goods, but about your dilemma about whether it can still be used. What are the pain points in
PA6/66 processing? It's a copolymer of PA6 and PA66, with good toughness and wide molding, making it very suitable for film and monofilament. But it absorbs moisture. Copolymer nylon absorbs moisture like glutinous rice flour getting damp and clumping—it doesn't look like it's working, but once you put it on, you know it's off. When damp, the blown film has crystalline spots and the monoyarn breaks easily.
Plus, it's a specialized copolymer material, so ordinary recyclers can't tell if it's homopolymerized PA6 or copolymerized PA6/66, and even less can determine the copolymer ratio. If a whole batch of material is collected as regular nylon, your copolymer's limited specialization is completely lost.
Fear of moisture, special application, and fear of being confused are the three hurdles for PA6/66 stagnant material.
You call the scrap collector, they pick up a piece and say, "Oh, nylon," and quote as a bulk commodity. He can't tell the difference between C33 and regular PA6.
Some dealers are even more ruthless: on the phone they say, "I have downstream copolymer material for me," but when the truck arrives, they change their tune: "This material is a bit yellow, so I'll give you more." You've unloaded half your cargo, and after hauling it back, it's another freight charge—you just have to accept it.
To put it bluntly, they're gambling that you don't understand copolymerization and are eager to make space.
Wholesalers aren't collecting scrap, they're exploiting your information gap.

Tell a True Story. A factory in Yuyao that makes monofilaments canceled orders and reduced about 4 tons of PA6/66, including two bags of film blowing grade. We go door-to-door grading: three bags of good condition are treated as copolymer film removal and monofilament customers, one bag of loose material is added to modified formulas, and the recycling payment is used to offset the next order of KONICE modified plastics. Old Xu said the warehouse was instantly cleared, and the cash held up was revived.
Turning dead material into new material quotas is what revitalization means.
To put it bluntly, your material might take two or three lots in others' hands, but here in Cologne, you can directly meet the supply needs of upstream and downstream customers. All those resale steps and bargaining during weighing and bargaining save the money you save back into your quotation.
