First, clarify: HDPE secondary brands are the parts on the same production line from the same manufacturer and grade, where some factory inspection indicators slightly deviate from the genuine standard—melt index slightly floating, density off, hue or ash content difference by one level. The molecular chain and genuine brand are on the same line, not reforged.

The four sources of secondary brands: starting and shutting down the unit, transition materials from grade changes, batches with slight exceedances due to process fluctuations, and secondary line tail materials. Recognize the melting finger. Blast molding requires a low melting finger, injection molding requires a medium melting finger, and film requires a medium high melting index. If you miss by one order, the machine will fail. Test the melt finger first upon arrival; don't just look at the bag.
