一吨CPE正牌和副牌,差价两三千块。一批防水卷材下来,省下来的料钱刚够买几箱烟。
但去年一个做卷材的客户,图便宜进了批“进口CPE副牌”,铺上去一年就开裂,返工加赔偿,一把赔进去十几万。
这笔账小学生都会算:一吨省两千,一工程赔二十万。可下单的时候,总有人盯着那一吨的差价,忘了一工程的量。CPE这东西看着不起眼,却是PVC抗冲改性和防水卷材的骨架料。今天把它的副牌讲清楚。
一、CPE是什么,国外大厂排在哪
CPE学名氯化聚乙烯,是把聚乙烯氯化改性出来的弹性体。它干两件大事:一是给PVC管材、型材做抗冲改性剂,二是直接做成防水卷材、电线电缆护套。
全球CPE产能大头其实在中国,山东一带一大堆。但我们今天讲国外大厂副牌——排除大陆厂商后,国外第一梯队就清晰了。
陶氏化学(Dow)的Tyrin是公认的标杆。按多家市场机构数据交叉看,陶氏在全球CPE树脂市场占了大约三成份额,是国外厂商里排得靠前的。再往下,杜邦(DuPont)在特种CPE上有一席之地;日本的积水化学、原昭和电工(现Resonac)也在做高附加值CPE。
说白了,CPE这个品类,产能在中国,技术标杆在陶氏。买国外大厂副牌,主要就是买陶氏Tyrin体系里那批指标小幅浮动的原厂料。
二、CPE副牌到底是什么来路
▍CPE副牌是正牌的慢热选手——同一套氯化聚乙烯分子链,只是氯含量或门尼粘度在出厂化验时差了半格,做不了主推力的高光件,给PVC扛冲击、给防水卷材做骨架却是把好手。
先把定义说死:副牌,是同一厂家、同一牌号的产品里,出厂检验没完全达到正牌技术指标的那一部分。同一批氯化产物,检验全过贴正牌标签,个别指标差一点,就是副牌。
CPE副牌的四大来源:装置开停车时的头尾料、牌号切换时的过渡料、氯含量或门尼粘度小幅超标的批次、副线尾料。
关键在于——它仍然是原厂原生氯化聚乙烯粒子,分子结构和正牌一致,只是氯含量、门尼粘度、残留结晶这些指标小幅浮动。不是废旧料再造粒,不是水口料回炉。

三、陶氏化学:Tyrin这块招牌
头一家,陶氏化学。Tyrin这个商标,在CPE抗冲改性剂圈子里是金字招牌。
陶氏的CPE副牌,主要浮动在氯含量和门尼粘度上。氯含量差一点点,给PVC增韧的效果就跟着变;门尼粘度飘一点,加工流动性就不一样。
做防水卷材的厂,拿陶氏Tyrin副牌,关键是氯含量要对上配方——对上了,卷材的低温柔韧和耐热都稳。陶氏副牌大包装小包装都有,原厂原包出来,批号可追。
四、杜邦:走特种路线的那一家
第二家,杜邦。
杜邦的CPE走特种化路线,用在对耐油、耐候要求高的领域。它的副牌量比陶氏小,流通也少,碰到了是运气,但要认准是杜邦原厂体系。
这里要提醒一句:CPE国外副牌市场鱼龙混杂,很多所谓“进口CPE”其实是国内料贴个洋牌。杜邦体系的副牌,要查批号、查产地,别听个“进口”就下单。
五、积水化学与Resonac:日系那一脉
第三家讲日本这一脉——积水化学和原昭和电工(现Resonac)。
积水化学在日本做CPE管材和配套树脂,Resonac走高附加值特种CPE。这两家的量都不大,但走的是日系品质路线,批次稳、析出低。
说白了,CPE国外副牌就是这么个格局:陶氏是台柱子,杜邦和日系是补充。买之前先问哪家体系,别被“进口”两个字带跑。
六、买CPE副牌,四个坑先标出来
讲完格局,说几个真会踩的坑。
第一,氯含量是核心指标。防水卷材配方按氯含量配的,差一点性能就飘,别只看单价。
第二,看门尼粘度。门尼差太多,加工时挤出速度不一样,卷材厚薄不均,铺出来一边厚一边薄。
第三,别拿再生CPE充副牌。再生料氯含量不稳定,卷材晒一年就脆,工程上要出大事。

There is a difference of two to three thousand yuan per ton between genuine CPE and off-brand CPE. For a batch of waterproofing membrane, the money saved on materials is just enough to buy a few cartons of cigarettes.

1. What is CPE, and where do foreign big companies rank
CPE, whose chemical name is chlorinated polyethylene, is an elastomer modified by chlorinating polyethylene. It does two main things: first, it serves as an impact modifier for PVC pipes and profiles; second, it is directly made into waterproof membranes and wire and cable sheaths.
The majority of global CPE production capacity is actually in China, with a large concentration in the Shandong area. But today we are talking about foreign major manufacturers' sub-brands—excluding mainland Chinese manufacturers, the first tier of foreign companies becomes clear.
Dow Chemical's (Dow) Tyrin is recognized as a benchmark. It can't be used for high-gloss parts that require primary promotion, but it's excellent for bearing impact in PVC and acting as a framework for waterproofing membranes.
Let's first clearly define it: a secondary brand refers to the portion of products from the same manufacturer and the same grade that did not fully meet the technical specifications of the primary brand during factory inspection. For the same batch of chlorinated products, if all inspections pass and the primary brand label is applied, but some individual indicators are slightly off, it is considered a secondary brand.
The four main sources of CPE by-products: head and tail material from machine start-up and shutdown, transition material during grade switching, batches with slightly excessive chlorine content or Mooney viscosity, and tailings from the secondary line.

This CPE material is used on waterproof membranes, which can withstand ten or twenty years of sun and rain exposure. If recycled material is used for secondary brands, the membrane will crack within a year.

A factory that makes waterproof membranes uses Dow's Tyrin sub-brand. The key is that the chlorine content must match the formula—if it matches, the membrane's low-temperature flexibility and heat resistance are stable. Dow's sub-brand comes in both large and small packaging, produced by the original factory in the original packaging, and the batch number can be traced.
4. DuPont: The One That Took the Specialty Route
The second one, DuPont.
DuPont's CPE follows a specialized route and is used in fields with high requirements for oil resistance and weather resistance. Its secondary brand volume is smaller than Dow's and circulation is limited. Finding it is a matter of luck, but you must make sure it is from the DuPont original system.
A reminder here: The foreign CPE sub-brand market is a mix of good and bad. Many so-called 'imported CPE' are actually domestic materials with foreign labels. For sub-brands within the DuPont system, you need to check the batch number and the place of origin—don't just place an order because they say 'imported'.
5. Jishui Chemistry and Resonac: The Japanese Lineage
The third company discussing the Japanese line — Sekisui Chemical and the former Showa Denko (now Resonac).
Sekisui Chemical produces CPE pipes and matching resins in Japan, while Resonac focuses on high-value-added specialty CPE. Both companies have small volumes, but they follow the Japanese quality route, with stable batches and low precipitation.
To put it plainly, the structure of foreign sub-brands in CPE is like this: Dow is the mainstay, while DuPont and Japanese brands are supplementary. Before buying, ask which system it belongs to, and don't be misled by the word 'imported'.
6. Buy CPE sub-label, mark out the four pits first
After talking about the big picture, let's go over a few pitfalls that people really fall into.
First, the chlorine content is the core indicator. The waterproof membrane formula is based on chlorine content; if it's off a bit, performance will suffer. Don't just look at the unit price.
Second, look at the Mooney viscosity. If the Mooney difference is too large, the extrusion speed during processing will be inconsistent, resulting in uneven sheet thickness, with one side thick and the other side thin.
Third, don't use recycled CPE for sub-brands. The chlorine content of recycled material is unstable, and after a year of exposure to sunlight, the sheets become brittle, which can cause major problems in projects.
Fourth, batch sample paving. Waterproofing membranes are a twenty-year project for a single installation; first, lay a small sample section to observe flexibility at low temperatures before proceeding with mass production.
