说白了,CPVC是个专利和工艺门槛很高的品类,国外就这几家把着。买副牌,主要买路博润TempRite和钟化体系里那批指标小幅浮动的原厂料。
二、CPVC副牌到底是什么来路
▍正牌CPVC一吨压着几十万货款,回料CPVC一遇酸碱就穿孔,副牌CPVC正好补在化工管道要耐温、又要控本的空档里。
先把定义说死:副牌,是同一厂家、同一牌号的产品里,出厂检验没完全达到正牌技术指标的那一部分。同一批氯化产物,检验全过贴正牌标签,个别指标差一点,就是副牌。
CPVC副牌的四大来源:装置开停车时的头尾料、牌号切换时的过渡料、氯含量或热变形温度小幅超标的批次、副线尾料。
关键在于——它仍然是原厂原生氯化聚氯乙烯粒子,分子结构和正牌一致,只是氯含量、熔指、热变形温度这些指标小幅浮动。不是废旧料再造粒。

三、路博润:TempRite和Corzan这一套
头一家,路博润,巴菲特旗下伯克希尔的资产。TempRite树脂、Corzan工业系统、FlowGuard热水管、BlazeMaster消防管,一套全产业链。
路博润从1958年就把CPVC工业化,氯化工艺专利是它的护城河。它的副牌主要浮动在氯含量和熔指上——氯含量对上Corzan体系的配方,做化工防腐管道和热水管就稳。
路博润副牌大包装小包装都有,原厂原包出来,批号可追。做化工内件、一般热水管的厂,拿精选副牌替代正牌,成本下来一截,耐温又不跑偏。
四、钟化:析出低、批次稳的日系
第二家,钟化(Kaneka),日本大厂。
它的CPVC树脂走挤出和注塑两个方向,占一成多份额,产能利用率常年八成以上。钟化副牌的特点是析出低、批次稳,适合做对卫生要求高的热水管。
钟化的副牌流通量比路博润小,碰到了要认准是钟化原厂体系,查批号、查产地。
五、积水化学:Eslon和泰国那家合资厂
第三家,积水化学(Sekisui),日本。
Eslon是它的CPVC管道品牌,在日本和亚洲市场做热水和工业管道。它和路博润在泰国合建了S&L特种聚合物厂,年产能三万吨,是亚洲CPVC树脂的一个重要供应点。
积水走日系品质,副牌量不大。说白了,CPVC国外就路博润、钟化、积水这三家把着,阿科玛、诺瓦化学做补充。买之前先认体系,别被杂牌复配料带跑。
六、买CPVC副牌,四个坑先标出来
讲完格局,说几个真会踩的坑。
第一,氯含量对配方。CPVC配方按氯含量设计,差一档耐温就掉,别只看吨价。
第二,看热变形温度。热水管要扛90℃以上,热变形温度不够的副牌别上热水线,夏天一焖就软。
第三,别拿普通PVC管充CPVC。外观长得像,耐温差一大截,一试压就露馅,工人还以为是胶水没粘好。

Also called CPVC, from Lubrizol systems to small factories with compound materials, prices can be half as high, and temperature resistance can last an entire winter. Some people use cheap materials for chemical anti-corrosion pipelines, and after half a year of production, welds start leaking; Some use genuine brands, but costs are suffocating.
To put it bluntly, CPVC is not ordinary PVC; it is a tough asset that can withstand hot water and acid-alkali conditions. Using the wrong materials means the leakage is not the pipes, but the entire production line. Today, we will thoroughly explain its sub-brand.
1. What is CPVC, and where do foreign manufacturers rank
CPVC The scientific name is chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, which is made by rechlorinating PVC. When the chlorine content increases, heat resistance increases—ordinary PVC softens at 60°C, CPVC can withstand above 90°C, and hot water pipes and chemical anti-corrosion pipes rely on it.

4. Zhonghua: Japanese company with low precipitation and stable batch yield
The second company, Kaneka, a major Japanese manufacturer.
's CPVC resin is produced in two directions: extrusion and injection molding, accounting for over 10% market share, with a capacity utilization rate consistently above 80%. Zhonghua's sub-brand features low precipitation and stable batch production, suitable for hot water pipes with high hygiene requirements.
Zhonghua's sub-brand circulation is smaller than Lubrizol's, so if you encounter it, make sure it is the Zhonghua original factory system, check the batch number and origin.
5. Sekisui Chemical: Eslon and the Thai joint venture
The third company, Sekisui Chemical, Japan.
Eslon is its CPVC pipeline brand, producing hot water and industrial pipelines in Japan and Asia. It has jointly built an S&L specialty polymer plant with Lubrizol in Thailand, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, making it an important supplier of CPVC resin in Asia.
Sekisui follows Japanese quality, with a small sub-brand. To put it simply, CPVC abroad is only handled by Lubrizol, Zhonghua, and Sekisui, supplemented by Arkema and Nova Chemical. Before buying, first understand the system and don't be led astray by generic compound materials.
Sixth, when buying CPVC secondary brands, mark out four pitfalls first .

First, chlorine content matches the formula. CPVC formulas are designed based on chlorine content; if you miss one temperature level, the temperature resistance drops—don't just look at the price per ton.
Second, check the heat deformation temperature. Hot water pipes must withstand temperatures above 90°C. If the heat deformation temperature isn't enough, don't put secondary brands on the hot water line—they'll soften after steaming in summer.
Third, don't use ordinary PVC pipes to fill CPVC. They look similar, but their temperature resistance is much different. Once you test the pressure, they'll be exposed, and workers might think the glue isn't glued properly.
