PA6副牌用得对不对,关键在两件事:含水率和用途匹配。

First, check the moisture content. PA6 naturally absorbs moisture, and if tertiary brand materials are stored improperly, the moisture content rises, leading to surface bloom, size variation, and a drop in mechanical performance during processing. Always dry the material upon arrival; this step cannot be skipped. Second, check the viscosity deviation. Fiberglass-reinforced PA6 is less affected by slight viscosity fluctuations, but for pure resin parts, viscosity deviation directly impacts mechanical properties. Third, check application suitability.
