很多采购下单PA10T的时候,以为自己买的就是"这一包颗粒"。真相是——你买的其实是癸二胺那条上游供应链稳不稳。料好不好,一半在聚合,一半在原料那根长碳链从哪来。
PA10T是高温尼龙里的"新贵"。碳链拉到10,又长又直,吸水率压得低,熔点高,还能从蓖麻油里搞生物基单体,环保和性能两头占。新能源汽车热管理、高压接头,都在抢它。可问题是,正牌PA10T不便宜,真正做纯树脂的国外大厂也屈指可数,副牌这门水,不少采购第一次碰就被绕进去。
认知错位在哪?在于很多人只比价,不比料的出身。同样叫PA10T,有的是瑞士原厂原生副牌,有的是改了好几手的配改料,中间的差别,比价格差得还大。
PA10T:蓖麻油基、长碳链的那种"新贵"
PA10T叫聚对苯二甲酰癸二胺,单体是癸二胺加对苯二甲酸。碳链长到10,吸水率压到百分之一以内,熔点约三百一十多摄氏度,尺寸稳、耐化学、耐高温,正好对上汽车热管理和高温高压接头。它还有个时髦点——癸二胺可以从蓖麻油来,半生物基,跟着双碳政策一起涨身价。
这个品类的国外大厂,玩家不多但都有来头。按第三方市场报告(2025—2026口径),排在前面的主要是这几家:瑞士EMS-GRIVORY,牌号Grivory® HT3(PA10T/X),熔点约316℃、吸水率约0.7%;德国赢创Evonik,牌号VESTAMID® HTplus,走蓖麻油到癸二胺的生物基路线;法国阿科玛Arkema,牌号RILSAN® HT,半生物基对着汽车流体接头。国内金发科技等也在做,但本篇只讲国外大厂。
副牌通识:同一根长碳链里没踩线的那一档
先把概念校准。
副牌不是次品,也不是回料。它是同一厂家、同一牌号里,出厂检验时个别指标没完全踩线的那一批。聚合走同一条线,分子结构和正牌一致,可能熔指偏一点、色相差半度、填充量多一格,但仍是原厂原生粒子,没有二次热加工。
来源四类:开停车头尾料、牌号切换过渡料、个别指标小幅飘移的批次、副线尾料。同牌号副牌分精选副、普通副,价格通常低于正牌。

瑞士EMS-GRIVORY Grivory HT3:PA10T里的老资格
EMS-GRIVORY总部在瑞士Domat/Ems,自己做聚合。它的Grivory® HT3是PA10T/X体系,熔点约316℃、吸水率压到0.7%,低吸水、尺寸稳、耐化学,对着汽车高温件和热管理部件,XE系列里还有玻纤增强阻燃牌号。
副牌方面,Grivory的副牌多出在填充量或流动性小幅偏离的批次。对做一般热管理结构件、非高光件的厂,挑精选副,低吸水和耐高温的底子没丢。包装既有大包装也有小包装。它的副牌在市场上不算多,要找有稳定货源的渠道。
德国赢创VESTAMID HTplus:把蓖麻油变成癸二胺的那家
赢创Evonik走的是生物基路线,把蓖麻油转化成癸二胺,再聚成PA10T,牌号VESTAMID® HTplus(如M3033)。它的卖点是可追溯的生物基来源、耐热和尺寸稳定,对着汽车动力总成和热管理的苛刻工况。
它的副牌料同样来自批次指标小幅偏离。对看重环保追溯、又想压成本的汽车件厂,赢创副牌是个和生物基叙事对得上的选项。换料要重新过耐水解和热老化。
法国阿科玛RILSAN HT:半生物基的流体接头选手
阿科玛Arkema的RILSAN® HT是PA10T/X体系(如CZM30,30%玻纤),部分原料来自蓖麻油,半生物基,对着汽车流体接头和高温耐化学注塑件。它长碳链带来的低吸水和韧性,在冷却回路里很吃香。
它的副牌料来源和别家一致,流通量不大。对已经在RILSAN体系里做流体接头、想压成本的厂,它的副牌值得挖一挖。
PA10T副牌,先看料的出身再看价
PA10T副牌最典型的认知错位,是把"新料"和"副牌"画等号。第一,先问出身——是瑞士、德国原厂某牌号副牌,还是改性厂配改料,这俩不是一回事。第二,热管理件必过耐水解和冷热冲击,低吸水是卖点但别只看表。第三,生物基追溯如果是客户要求,要留来源证明。第四,吸潮照样预干燥,跨批次留样。
说白了,PA10T这料,出身比价签重要。

Many purchasers think that when they order PA10T, they are buying 'this bag of pellets.' The truth is—you are actually buying how stable the upstream supply chain of sebacamide is. Whether the material is good or not depends half on the polymerization and half on where the long carbon chain in the raw material comes from.
PA10T is the 'new favorite' among high-temperature nylons. With a carbon chain length of 10, it is long and straight, has a low water absorption rate, a high melting point, and can even derive bio-based monomers from castor oil, making it both environmentally friendly and high-performing. It is in high demand for thermal management in new energy vehicles and high-pressure connectors. The problem is that genuine PA10T is not cheap, and there are very few foreign manufacturers that produce it as pure resin. Many first-time buyers of the secondary brands get misled right away.
Where is the cognitive misalignment? It lies in the fact that many people only compare prices, not the origin of the materials. A PA10T might be a genuine sub-brand from an original Swiss factory, or it might have been modified several times; the difference in between is even greater than the price difference.
PA10T: Castor oil-based, long carbon chain 'new aristocrat'
PA10T is called poly(p-phenylene decanediamide), and its monomers are decanediamine and terephthalic acid. With a carbon chain length of 10, its water absorption is reduced to below 1%, its melting point is about 310-something degrees Celsius, it has stable dimensions, chemical resistance, and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for automotive thermal management and high-temperature, high-pressure connectors. It also has a trendy aspect—decanediamine can be derived from castor oil, making it semi-bio-based, which increases its value in line with carbon neutrality policies.
In this category of foreign major manufacturers, there are not many players, but they all have a strong background. According to third-party market reports (2025–2026 data), the main players at the top are these: Swiss EMS-GRIVORY, grade Grivory® HT3 (PA10T/X), with a melting point of about 316°C and a water absorption of about 0.7%; German Evonik, grade VESTAMID® HTplus, taking a bio-based route from castor oil to sebacic acid; French Arkema, grade RILSAN® HT, semi-bio-based, aimed at automotive fluid connectors. Domestic companies like Kingfa Technology are also working on this, but this article only discusses foreign major manufacturers.
Sub-card General Knowledge: The gear that hasn’t crossed the line on the same long carbon chain
First, calibrate the concept.
The secondary grade is neither a defective product nor recycled material. It comes from the same manufacturer and the same grade, but is a batch where a few indicators didn't fully meet standards during factory inspection. It goes through the same production line, with a molecular structure identical to the regular grade. It may have slightly different melt index, half a shade difference in color, or a bit more filler, but it is still original, virgin material from the same factory, with no secondary thermal processing.
Four sources: leftover materials from starting and stopping production, transition materials from grade switching, batches with minor fluctuations in specific indicators, and subsidiary line leftover materials. For the same grade, sub-grades are divided into selected sub and ordinary sub, with prices usually lower than the main grade.

Swiss EMS-GRIVORY Grivory HT3: The veteran in PA10T
EMS-GRIVORY is headquartered in Domat/Ems, Switzerland, and handles its own polymerization. Its Grivory® HT3 is a PA10T/X system, with a melting point of about 316℃, a water absorption rate reduced to 0.7%, low water absorption, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance, suitable for high-temperature automotive parts and thermal management components. The XE series also includes glass fiber reinforced flame-retardant grades.
Regarding the secondary grade, Grivory's secondary grade mostly comes from batches with slight deviations in fill amount or flow. For manufacturers producing general thermal management components and non-high-gloss parts, carefully selecting the secondary grade ensures that the base material's low water absorption and high heat resistance are retained. The packaging comes in both large and small sizes. Its secondary grade is not very common in the market, so it is important to find a channel with a stable supply.
Germany Evonik VESTAMID HTplus: The one that turns castor oil into decanediamine
Evonik follows a bio-based route, converting castor oil into sebacic acid diamine, and then polymerizing it into PA10T, under the grade VESTAMID® HTplus (such as M3033). Its selling points are traceable bio-based sources, heat resistance, and dimensional stability, catering to the demanding conditions of automotive powertrains and thermal management.
Its subsidiary brand material also comes from batch indicators that slightly deviate. For auto part manufacturers who value environmental traceability and also want to reduce costs, Evonik's subsidiary brand is an option that aligns with the bio-based narrative. Changing the material would require retesting for hydrolysis resistance and thermal aging.
Arkema RILSAN HT from France: A semi-biobased fluid connector player
Arkema's RILSAN® HT is a PA10T/X system (such as CZM30, 30% glass fiber), with some raw materials derived from castor oil, semi-bio-based, designed for automotive fluid connectors and high-temperature chemical-resistant injection molded parts. Its long carbon chain provides low water absorption and toughness, which is highly valued in cooling circuits.
Its secondary brand material sources are the same as others, and the circulation is not large. For manufacturers already making fluid connectors in the RILSAN system and looking to reduce costs, its secondary brand is worth exploring.
PA10T secondary brand, first look at the origin of the material, then look at the price
The most typical cognitive misconception about PA10T secondary grades is equating 'new material' with 'secondary grade.' First, ask about its origin—whether it's a secondary grade of a Swiss or German original factory brand, or a modified material from a reprocessing plant; these two are not the same. Second, heat-resistant components must pass hydrolysis resistance and thermal shock tests; low water absorption is a selling point, but don't just look at the table. Third, if bio-based traceability is required by the customer, source certification must be retained. Fourth, moisture absorption still requires pre-drying, and samples should be kept across batches.
To put it bluntly, for PA10T material, its origin is more important than the price tag.
