很多采购以为自己在买“尼龙1010”，其实是在买一张“生物基”的入场券。
PA1010这东西，外行看就是个长碳链尼龙，内行知道它从蓖麻油来，吸水率低、尺寸稳。可偏偏有人图便宜，拿来路不明的“PA1010”上机——一受潮尺寸就飘，工业刷丝一扯就断，轴承保持架卡得转不动。
说白了，采购以为自己在买材料，其实买的是认知差。今天把PA1010的副牌讲透。
一、PA1010是什么，国外大厂排在哪
PA1010学名聚癸二酰癸二胺，由癸二胺和癸二酸缩聚而成。两个单体都从蓖麻油一步步来，生物基含量接近100%。它吸水率比PA6、PA66低一截，尺寸稳、耐油、耐化学，做刷丝、轴承、油管正合适。
全球做PA1010原树脂的国外厂商不多，梯队很清楚。瑞士EMS-GRIVORY的Grilamid 1S是主打，生物基路线走得早；德国赢创（Evonik）的VESTAMID Terra DS、HS也是PA1010；法国阿科玛（Arkema）的Rilsan系列在生物基尼龙里名气大，主打PA11，PA1010也有布局。
说白了，PA1010国外就EMS、赢创、阿科玛这几家把着。国内虽有生产，但我们讲国外大厂副牌。买副牌，主要买Grilamid 1S和VESTAMID Terra体系里指标小幅浮动的原厂料。
二、PA1010副牌到底是什么来路
▍PA1010副牌，含水率测一遍、蓖麻油来源核一遍、刷丝耐磨跑一遍，三遍都稳了再进车间。
先把定义说死：副牌，是同一厂家、同一牌号的产品里，出厂检验没完全达到正牌技术指标的那一部分。同一批缩聚产物，检验全过贴正牌标签，个别指标差一点，就是副牌。
PA1010副牌的四大来源：装置开停车时的头尾料、牌号切换时的过渡料、分子量或熔指小幅超标的批次、副线尾料。
关键在于——它仍然是原厂原生聚酰胺粒子，分子结构和正牌一致，只是分子量、熔指、含水率这些指标小幅浮动。不是废旧料再造粒。

PA1010虽然吸水率低，但副牌如果烘干不到位，刷丝和轴承尺寸照样飘。
三、EMS-GRIVORY：Grilamid 1S这块招牌
头一家，瑞士EMS-GRIVORY。Grilamid 1S就是PA1010，GreenLine生物基系列主打。
它的副牌主要浮动在分子量和熔指上。分子量差一点，刷丝的耐磨和回弹就跟着变；熔指飘一点，薄壁轴承保持架的充模就不一样。
EMS副牌大包装小包装都有，原厂原包出来，生物基批号可追。做工业刷丝、一般耐磨件的厂，拿精选副牌替代正牌，成本下来一截，尺寸又不跑偏。
四、赢创：VESTAMID Terra的稳
第二家，德国赢创（Evonik）。
VESTAMID Terra DS、HS是赢创的PA1010，走高性能方向，主打低吸水、尺寸稳、耐化学。它的副牌特点是批次稳，做精密轴承保持架合适。
赢创体系副牌量不大，碰到了要认准是赢创原厂，查批号、查产地，别拿别的长碳链尼龙来凑。
五、阿科玛：Rilsan的生物基老资历
第三家，法国阿科玛（Arkema）。
Rilsan是生物基尼龙的老牌，阿科玛主打PA11，PA1010也在它的生物基布局里。它的强项是从蓖麻油到树脂的全链整合，做耐油管件、耐磨件合适。
说白了，PA1010国外就EMS、赢创、阿科玛这三家把着。买之前先认生物基来源，别拿PA610、PA612冒充PA1010糊弄过去。
六、买PA1010副牌，四个坑先标出来
讲完格局，说几个真会踩的坑。
第一，含水率要烘干到位。PA1010虽然低吸水，但副牌含水率飘，刷丝轴承尺寸照样跑，别省那道烘干工序。
第二，看生物基来源。PA1010的卖点就是蓖麻油生物基，拿PA610或PA612冒充的要核批号。

1. What is PA1010, and where do foreign manufacturers rank it
PA1010 The scientific name is polydecyldecanediamine, which is formed by the polycondensation of decayenediamine and sacexic acid. Both monomers are gradually derived from castor oil, with bio-based content close to 100%. Its water absorption rate is lower than PA6 and PA66, with stable size, oil resistance, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for making brush wires, bearings, and tubing.
There are few foreign manufacturers worldwide making PA1010 base resin, so the hierarchy is clear. 2. What exactly is the origin of the PA1010 sub-brand ?
▍PA1010 sub-brand: test moisture content, verify castor oil source core, test the brush wire durability once, and only enter the workshop after three tests are stable.
To clarify the definition: a secondary brand is the part of the same manufacturer and grade that does not fully meet the official brand's technical specifications during factory inspection. Within the same batch of polycondensed products, all pass inspection and are labeled as genuine; if the indicators are slightly lower, it is considered a secondary brand.
PA1010 The four main sources of secondary brands are: the starting and tail material when the unit starts and stops, the transition material during grade changes, batches with slightly exceeding molecular weight or melting index, and the secondary line tail material.
The key is—they are still original original polyamide particles, with molecular structure identical to the genuine brand, but indicators like molecular weight, melting index, and moisture content fluctuate slightly. They are not recycled waste materials for pelletizing.

Rilsan is a long-established bio-based nylon brand. Arkema focuses on PA11, and PA1010 is also part of its bio-based lineup. Its strength lies in full-chain integration from castor oil to resin, making it suitable for oil-resistant pipes and wear-resistant parts.
To put it bluntly, PA1010 is dominated by EMS, Evonik, and Arkema abroad. Before buying, identify the bio-based source; don't pass off PA610 or PA612 as PA1010.
Sixth, when buying PA1010 cards, mark out four pitfalls first

First, the moisture content must be properly dried. Although PA1010 has low water absorption, the secondary brand has a floating moisture content, so the brush wire bearing size still runs low—don't skip the drying step.
