副牌来源仍是四大类:开停车头尾料、牌号切换过渡料、聚合工艺波动导致硬段比例小幅偏离的批次、副线尾料。旭阳化工作为国内唯一连续化TPAE生产商,其副牌来源于连续聚合装置的工艺波动批次,材料本身是原厂原生嵌段共聚物。
和回料的区别:PAE回料经过再次挤出后,嵌段结构可能发生降解,回弹率和耐弯曲疲劳性能下降明显。副牌PAE是原厂原生聚合粒子,嵌段结构完整。特别是高端运动鞋底和医用导管应用,必须用正牌或原厂副牌,回料的疲劳性能无法保障。

第一,测硬度和回弹率。PAE副牌的核心指标是邵氏硬度和回弹率。硬度偏差影响材料手感和应用场景,回弹率影响疲劳性能。进货前要求供应商提供同批次硬度和回弹率数据,到货后复测。高端运动器材应用按正牌标准验收。

PAE (Polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, also known as TPAE or PEBA) is a linear block copolymer composed of crystalline polyamide hard segments and amorphous polyether or polyester soft segments. The hard segment of polyamide provides strength and heat resistance, while the soft segment of polyether provides flexibility and low-temperature impact resistance. First, hardness and rebound rate test. The core indicators of PAE sub-brands are Shore hardness and rebound rate. Hardness deviation affects material feel and application scenarios, while rebound rate affects fatigue performance. Before purchase, suppliers are required to provide hardness and rebound data for the same batch, and retested after arrival. High-end sports equipment is accepted according to genuine standards.
Second, conduct bending fatigue tests. PAE's core selling point is resistance to bending fatigue. After receiving secondary brand PAE, perform 100,000 bending fatigue tests to check for cracks or permanent deformation. If fatigue performance does not meet standards, it indicates material degradation or damage to block structures.
