PMMA是什么 国产产能格局
PMMA（聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯）俗称亚克力、有机玻璃，透光率高达92%以上，是透明塑料中光学性能突出的品种，大量用于挤出板、导光板、车灯、卫浴、显示面板等。全球PMMA市场长期被赢创、三菱丽阳、住友化学、奇美等外资企业主导，高端光学级PMMA尤其依赖进口。

外资在华方面，赢创南通工厂22万吨、三菱丽阳张家港工厂18万吨、住友化学惠州工厂15万吨、奇美镇江工厂等仍占据高端光学级市场。但国产PMMA在一般挤出板、卫浴、广告牌等中低端领域已实现大规模替代。
PMMA副牌 透光率和色差是关键
PMMA副牌是原厂聚合生产线上透光率或色差小幅偏离标准的原生树脂。PMMA的核心指标是透光率、雾度和色差（黄度指数）。副牌PMMA通常透光率略低1-2个百分点，或者黄度指数略高，熔指也可能有偏差。
副牌来源仍是四大类：开停车头尾料、牌号切换过渡料、聚合工艺波动导致透光率或色差小幅偏离的批次、副线尾料。对于做一般挤出板、广告牌、卫浴配件、非光学要求透明件，副牌PMMA完全够用。
和回料的区别：PMMA回料经过再次挤出后，透光率明显下降、色差加重，板材发黄发雾。副牌PMMA是原厂原生聚合粒子，透光率只是略偏，板材透明度仍然很好。买PMMA副牌一定要切板观察透光性——副牌做的板仍然清透，回料做的板发雾发黄。

双象股份在苏州和重庆建有生产基地，PMMA产能达15.5万吨/年，是国内首家实现高端光学级PMMA规模化生产的内资企业。重庆双象光学材料一期一阶段7.5万吨/年PMMA项目于2024年4月试生产。双象在光学级PMMA领域的技术积累在国内处于前列。
双象PMMA副牌的特点是光学性能底子好——既然是做光学级起家的企业，其副牌虽然色差或透光率略偏，但底子比一般改性厂的PMMA好。对于做显示面板扩散板、一般导光板、车灯配光镜等对光学性能有一定要求但非顶级的制品，双象副牌值得关注。

熠亮PMMA副牌的特点是性价比突出——产能规模较小但灵活性强，副牌价格在国产PMMA中属于偏低梯队。对于做广告牌、一般挤出板、非关键透明件的客户，熠亮副牌成本优势明显。产品以小包装为主，适合中小批量采购。
PMMA副牌进厂 透光色差必测
第一，测透光率和雾度。PMMA副牌最核心的指标就是透光率和雾度。进货前要求供应商提供同批次透光率和雾度数据，到货后用雾度仪复测。透光率低2个点，做出来的板就明显发暗。
第二，观察色差。PMMA副牌的色差（黄度指数）容易偏高。切板观察板面是否清透，如果发黄发雾，说明黄度指数偏高。做白色透明件和有色透明件对色差的容忍度不同，采购前确认你的产品能接受什么范围。
第三，按应用分级。光学级导光板、车灯配光镜用正牌稳妥；一般挤出板、广告牌、卫浴配件可以用副牌。不要拿副牌去做要求高透光率的显示面板——透光率差一点，终端客户一眼就能看出来。

PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), commonly known as acrylic or acrylic, has a light transmittance of over 92%. PMMA sub-brand: light transmittance and color
PMMA difference are the original polymerization production line, which slightly deviates from standards for light transmittance or color difference. The core PMMA indicators are light transmittance, haze, and color difference (yellowness index). Second-brand PMMA usually has slightly lower transmittance of 1-2 percentage points, or slightly higher yellowness index, and melting index may also have deviations.
Second-brand sources still fall into four main categories: start-and-stop head-and-tail materials, grade switching transition materials, batches with slight deviations in light transmittance or color difference caused by polymerization process fluctuations, and auxiliary line tailings. For general extruded boards, billboards, bathroom accessories, and non-optical transparent parts, second-brand PMMA is completely sufficient. Difference between
and re-brand: After further extrusion, PMMA re-stock significantly decreases light transmittance, worsens color differences, and the board becomes yellow and foggy. Second-brand PMMA is original factory polymer particles, with only slightly off-limits light transmittance, but the board transparency remains very good. First, measure light transmittance and haze. The core indicators of PMMA sub-brand are light transmittance and haze. Before purchase, suppliers are required to provide data on light transmittance and haze for the same batch, and re-tested with a haze meter upon arrival. If the light transmittance is 2 points lower, the finished board will be noticeably darker.
Second, observe color difference. PMMA secondary brands tend to have high color difference (yellowness index). Inspect the panel surface when cutting; if it appears yellow or hazy, it indicates a high yellowness index. White transparent parts and colored transparent parts have different tolerances for color differences; confirm before purchasing, what range your product can accept .
Third, classification by application. Optical-grade light guide plates and headlight mirrors should use genuine brands; Generally, extruded boards, billboards, and bathroom accessories can use secondary brands. Do not use secondary brands to make display panels requiring high light transmittance—if the light transmittance is slightly lower, end customers can immediately recognize it.
