做高压绝缘件的采购,常有这种错觉:手里买的是一包绝缘树脂,心里想的却是"这批会不会击穿"。
订单下了,钱付了,货进厂——到底是正牌还是副牌、纯度够不够、压出来的件耐压达不达标,不到装机那一瞬,谁也不敢拍胸脯。
这种认知错位,在DAP身上特别明显。DAP这东西小众,正牌贵得离谱,副牌又怕纯度飘,高压件一出事就是击穿、短路、人命关天。采购夹在中间,跟赌一把没区别。
说白了,DAP不是普通绝缘料,是高压电子件里那个"差一点都不行"的角色。这篇把DAP副牌讲透。
DAP是高压绝缘里的"冷门硬通货"
DAP学名邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯,是一种热固性树脂单体。
它跟PF一样是热固性,加热交联固化,压成型后不熔。但它比PF更"金"——纯度要求极高,电子级DAP纯度要到99.9%以上,因为一点点杂质都会影响高压绝缘性能。
它能干什么?高压开关绝缘件、半导体封装载板、高压连接器、耐高温电气元件。耐高压、耐潮、绝缘稳定,是它的本钱。
全球格局。DAP是个极小众的品类,集中度很高。按电子级和模塑料口径,国外前三家:
第一梯队是日本大赛璐(Daicel),电子级DAP树脂纯度做到99.9%以上,长期主导进口,2024年国内自日本进口的电子级DAP就以它为主。
第二梯队是日本Resonac(原日立化成Hitachi Chemical,2023年与昭和电工合并改组),DAP/DAIP模塑料在高压绝缘件上有积累。
第三梯队是德国巴斯夫(BASF),在DAP模塑料和电子级树脂上有布局。
这行企业少、量小,基本就是这几家在分。
热固性副牌,差的是纯度那一格
DAP副牌怎么来?还是那句:同一厂家同一牌号,出厂检验个别指标没完全踩线,合格的贴正牌,没完全达标的就是副牌。原厂同一配方体系。
但DAP是热固性,副牌逻辑要特别说明:它出厂多为液态树脂或混好的模塑料,固化后交联不可逆。所谓副牌,常见是纯度差0.1个百分点、凝胶时间贴线、或者挥发分小幅超标的批次。
四大来源:开停车头尾料、牌号切换过渡料、工艺波动致纯度或凝胶时间小幅超标的批次、副线尾料。

关键提醒:DAP做高压件,纯度是命根子。副牌哪怕差0.1个百分点,在低电压件上可能没事,在高压件上就是隐患。
大赛璐,电子级DAP的代名词
先说大赛璐。这家是DAP树脂绕不开的名字。
它的电子级DAP纯度做到99.9%以上,长期垄断高端进口市场。高压绝缘件和半导体封装载板的料,很多指定就要它的牌号。
它的副牌长什么样?多数是纯度差0.1个百分点左右、或者凝胶时间贴线的批次。分子结构没换,压出来的件在中低压场合绝缘性跟正牌基本一档,但做高压认证件就剔出来了。
用在哪?一般中低压绝缘件、普通电气元件。这些场合对纯度的容忍度宽一点,副牌顶得住。
Resonac,原日立化成的高压模塑料线
再说日本Resonac。这家来头不小——原日立化成,2023年跟昭和电工合并改组而来。
它的DAP/DAIP模塑料在高压开关和连接器上用得多,耐潮耐高压是强项。它的副牌,常见是凝胶时间或填料含量贴线的批次。
用在哪?中低压绝缘件、一般连接器。碰到Resonac副牌,注意它的路线偏高压体系,用在普通件上性能有富余。
巴斯夫,欧洲电子级的补充档
第三家是德国巴斯夫。它在DAP模塑料和电子级树脂上有布局,是欧洲市场的补充供应。
它的副牌多为配套特定客户规格时的过渡料,或者挥发分小幅波动的批次。
用在哪?一般工业绝缘件。巴斯夫副牌流通量不大,但碰到对路规格,批次稳。

DAP副牌怎么挑?三条硬线。
第一,纯度和凝胶时间先测。DAP副牌最常翻车的就是纯度飘和凝胶时间不稳——纯度差一点,高压件可能击穿;凝胶时间飘,压件充不满或烤不透。进厂先测纯度、凝胶时间、挥发分,三项对上再谈。
第二,对电压等级。高压认证件、半导体封装上正牌;中低压一般绝缘件,副牌可用。别拿副牌怼高压件。
第三,别碰粉碎回料。热固性DAP废件磨碎了再加,交联点断了重连不回去,绝缘性掉得厉害,这种便宜占不得。
乌鲁木齐有家做高压开关绝缘件的客户,之前图便宜上了批DAP副牌,纯度贴线、凝胶时间飘,压出来的件装机后在耐压试验中击穿,一整批开关召回。后来换成大赛璐同牌号副牌,每批先测纯度和凝胶时间再压,耐压击穿率从一批几个降到半年零事故。

When purchasing high-voltage insulating parts, there's a common misconception: you're buying a bag of insulating resin, but your mind is 'Will this batch break down?'
The order is placed, the money paid, and the goods arrive at the factory—whether it's genuine or secondary, whether the purity is sufficient, whether the pressed parts meet the pressure resistance standards—until the moment of assembly, no one dares to be confident.
This cognitive misunderstanding is especially obvious with DAPs. DAPs are niche—genuine ones are ridiculously expensive, and secondary brands worry about their purity being overestimated. If a high-voltage component fails, it means breakdown, short circuit, or a life-threatening situation. Buying in the middle is no different from taking a gamble.
To put it simply, DAP is not an ordinary insulating material; it plays the "almost ineffective" role in high-voltage electronic components. This article thoroughly explains the secondary card of DAP.
DAP is a "niche hard currency" in high-voltage insulation
DAP with the scientific name Diallyl Phthalate, a thermosetting resin monomer.
Like PF, it is thermosetting, cross-linked cured when heated, and does not melt after compression molding. But it is even more "golden" than PF — extremely high purity requirements, with electronic-grade DAP purity above 99.9%, because even a small impurity can affect the performance of high-voltage insulation.
What can it do? High-voltage switch insulators, semiconductor packaging substrates, high-voltage connectors, high-temperature resistant electrical components. High voltage resistance, moisture resistance, and stable insulation are its key assets.
Global Landscape. DAP is a very niche category with high concentration. By electronic-grade and molding material standards, the top three foreign companies are:
The first tier is Japan's Daicel, whose electronic-grade DAP resin purity exceeds 99.9%, has long dominated imports, and in 2024, electronic-grade DAP imported from Japan will be the main product.
The second tier is Japan's Resonac (formerly Hitachi Chemical, merged and reorganized with Showa Denko in 2023), with accumulation in DAP/DAIP molding materials in high-voltage insulating parts.
The third tier is Germany's BASF, which has a presence in DAP molding plastics and electronic-grade resins.
There are few companies in this industry, and the quantity is small; basically, these are the few companies specializing in the process.
For thermosetting sub-brands, the difference is in purity
DAP How do sub-brands come from? As always: same manufacturer and same grade, if some factory inspection indicators don't fully meet the standards, those that pass are labeled as genuine and those that don't fully meet the standards are sub-brands. Same formula system as the original manufacturer.
But DAP is thermosetting, so the logic for sub-brands needs to be specially explained: it mostly leaves in liquid resin or mixed molding plastics, and after curing, cross-linking is irreversible. So-called secondary brands commonly refer to batches with a 0.1 percentage point difference in purity, gel time markings, or volatile fractions slightly exceeding the standard.
Four main sources: start-and-stop head and tail materials, grade switching transition materials, batches with process fluctuations causing purity or gel time slight exceedances, and secondary line tail materials.

Key reminder: For DAPs made with high-voltage components, purity is the lifeline. Even if the secondary brand differs by 0.1 percentage points, it might be fine for low-voltage components, but it poses a hidden risk for high-voltage components.
Da Cellu, synonymous with electronic-grade DAPs
Let's start with Da Cellu. This company is an unavoidable name in DAP resin.
Its electronic-grade DAP purity exceeds 99.9%, and it has long dominated the high-end imported market. For high-voltage insulating components and semiconductor packaging substrates, many specifications require its grade.
What does its sub-brand look like? Most are batches with about 0.1 percentage points difference in purity, or gel-time markings. The molecular structure hasn't changed; the parts pressed out have insulation basically the same level as genuine brands in medium and low voltage environments, but when making high-voltage certified parts, they are removed.
Where is it used? General medium and low voltage insulating parts, ordinary electrical components. In these cases, the tolerance for purity is a bit broader, so the secondary brand can handle it.
Resonac, the original Hitachi Chemical high-voltage molding plastic line
Now, let's talk about Japan's Resonac. This company has a big background—originally Hitachi Chemical, which merged and reorganized with Showa Denko in 2023.
Its DAP/DAIP molding compound is widely used in high-voltage switches and connectors, with moisture and high voltage resistance as its strengths. Its secondary brand is commonly for gel time or packing content for the wire batch.
Where is it used? Medium and low voltage insulating parts, general connectors. When encountering Resonac sub-brands, note that their routing leans toward high-voltage systems, so their performance is surplus for ordinary parts.
BASF, a supplementary product for European electronics-grade
The third company is Germany's BASF. It has a presence in DAP molding agents and electronic-grade resins, serving as a supplementary supply for the European market.
Its sub-brand is mostly transition material for specific customer specifications or batches with slight fluctuations in volatile parts.
Where is it used? General industrial insulating parts. BASF's sub-brand circulation is not large, but when it comes to matching specifications, the batch is stable. Before placing an order for
DAP sub-brand, how should you choose a sub-brand? Determine the gel timing correctly, suppress the evaporation fraction, and align the insulation resistance
DAP Three hard wires.
First, test purity and gel time first. The most common failures with DAP secondary brands are purity drift and unstable gel time—if purity is lower, high-voltage parts may breakdown; If gel time drifts, pressed parts may not be fully filled or baked through. Before entering the factory, test purity, gel time, and volatile fraction; then discuss these three together.
Second, check voltage level. High-voltage certified parts and semiconductor packaging should use genuine ones; Medium and low voltage general insulating parts can be used as secondary parts. Don't use secondary tags to challenge high-voltage parts.
Third, don't touch crushed recycled materials. Heat set DAP scrap parts are ground up and refilled; if cross-connection points break, they can't be reconnected, causing severe insulation loss. Don't take advantage of this kind of bargain.
Urumqi has a client who makes high-voltage switch insulating parts. Previously, they bought a batch of DAP secondary labels cheaply. Purity marking and gel time were floating, and the pressed parts broke down during withstand voltage tests after assembly, resulting in a whole batch of switch recalls. Later, they switched to large celluloid sub-brands of the same grade. Each batch first tested purity and gel time before pressing, reducing the voltage breakdown rate from a few batches to zero accidents in six months.
