同样叫再生PEEK,玻纤增强报四万五,G0纯树脂报八万,一吨差三万五。摆在料袋上都印着再生PEEK五个字,买回去的东西根本不是一回事。
差在哪?等级。
做半导体CMP保持环的、做汽车变速箱轴承保持架的、做石油井下工具密封件的,嘴上都说自己用的是再生PEEK,有人拿玻纤增强一级料打不挑颜色的耐磨结构件,有人拿G0纯树脂去配下游对纯度有要求的关键件。
更有意思的是,这行的国标——GB/T 41873-2022管的是原生PEEK树脂,GB/T 40006再生塑料系列发到现在还没出PEEK专项分册,再生PEEK只能去执行.1通则。
国标缺位,暗号就满天飞。分不清等级就下单,跟闭着眼睛扫货没区别。这篇把再生PEEK的分级江湖拆开揉碎,看完至少不会当韭菜。
先说清楚再生PEEK按什么规矩来。聚醚醚酮PEEK,是半结晶型芳香族特种工程塑料,原生牌号的标杆是英国Victrex,国内主力是中研股份的ZYPEEK。国标这边,现行的GB/T 41873-2022《塑料 聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂》2023年5月1日实施,中研股份是牵头起草单位,这本册子管的是原生PEEK树脂的分类、技术要求和试验方法;配套的GB/T 46197.2-2025《塑料 聚醚醚酮(PEEK)模塑和挤出材料 第2部分:试样制备和性能测定》2026年3月1日刚实施。
那再生料呢?GB/T 40006《塑料 再生塑料》系列已经发了通则、PE、PP、ABS、PPE好几个分册,规划约12个部分,偏偏PEEK这个品种到现在没有专项分册。再生PEEK现行归口,只能执行GB/T 40006.1-2021通则——术语、分类命名、技术要求、可追溯性文件走通则框架,具体到PEEK该收什么级、验什么指标,靠供需双方企业标准和厂检。
行业靠什么分级?说白了四把尺子:纯度品级、加工形态、改性方向、颜色。四把尺子量出来的等级,才是报价单上四万五和八万的差距来源。
还有一把量化的硬尺子,叫MFR。PEEK的熔体流动速率测试条件固定在400℃、2.16公斤砝码——这个温度比通用工程塑料高出一大截,因为PEEK本身就得这么高的温度才化得开。原生Victrex 450G的基准MFR大约30到33克每十分钟;到了再生料这一步,市售样普遍往上走一截。你品你细品,MFR飘了,品级就跟着飘。
品级是头一道筛子
特级、一级、二级,是再生塑料通行的纯度分级,报价单上实际用的多是一级。
一级料来自PIR工业后料——CNC机加工屑料、注塑水口料、流道冷料,成分单一、灰分低;二级料就杂了,混了各种回收壳子和异料,灰分高、料次多,性能跟着回退。PIR料占全球循环PEEK市场约七成半,是再生PEEK的主要来源。
报价单上那串价格你得看懂:玻纤增强再生PEEK报四万五,备注一级——听着便宜,实际是说这批增强料在回收过程里经过多次熔融,品级从特等掉到一级,但成分还算单一;那条G0纯树脂报八万的,才是高品级未填充PIR——工业来源的水口料和边角料,单一牌号、清洁度高、可追溯,是再生PEEK里稀缺性突出的一档。
为什么品级这么值钱?因为PEEK、PEI、PPSU这几样料外观颜色都差不多,回收时极易串料。必须靠FTIR红外光谱一件一件鉴别,再经密度、磁性、静电分选剔除杂质与错料。分选不干净,灰分上去了,强度和尺寸就跟着飘。你拿二级料去打要求批批一致的件,今天合格明天退货,客户退到你怀疑人生。
下单先问品级:一级还是二级,敢不敢附灰分检测和FTIR鉴别报告。问清楚这一句,比砍价五百块管用得多。
改性方向决定身价
品级定了干不干净,真正把一吨料价格拉开的,是改性方向。
未填充纯树脂是通用底子,打一般耐热结构件和绝缘件;往刚性走就上玻纤,GF30是主流,对标原生Victrex 450GL30;再往高走有碳纤增强CF30,对标450CA30,高强度高刚性;还有加PTFE的耐磨自润滑bearing级,对标450FC30,专门打轴承和齿轮。
这里有个容易被忽略的点:玻纤增强料回收后,破碎和多次挤出造粒过程中纤维受剪切会变短、长径比下降,增强效果逐次打折。要把刚性拉回目标区,得补纤——重新补入短玻纤,把纤维长度分布补回来。补多少、补得准不准,全看供应商对料源的控制力。报价单上那条四万五的玻纤增强料为什么比G0纯树脂便宜三万五?改性方向只是一个原因,品级和颜色才是大头。
苏州有家做半导体设备精密结构件的客户,之前从国内散货市场拼所谓一级再生PEEK,号称对标Victrex 450GL30玻纤增强,结果每车料的玻纤含量从25%飘到34%,打出来的CMP设备导向条装机后尺寸批间差拉到12%,客户验厂直接亮红灯,良率掉到七成一。后来走的是东南亚多国直采的固定料源——越南、泰国、马来西亚三个货源地的PIR水口料分开收,每车附FTIR鉴别报告和灰分检测,牌号锁定450GL30对标,玻纤含量稳在30%正负1%,品级稳定在一级,良率拉到96%。
说白了,多国直采不是个营销词——料源固定了,每车料的牌号和灰分才不会像开盲盒。批次可控、品级稳定、牌号精准,这三个词落到量产线上,就是精密结构件不用反复调机、不用停线等料。
Victrex牌号里藏着对标密码
报价单上除了品级和改性方向,还有一串代号你得看懂:450G、90G、150G、450GL30、450CA30、450FC30。
这串数字,就是原生标杆Victrex家族的暗号。450G是标准流动通用注塑级,本色,MFR基准30到33;90G是易流动级,充填薄壁件更顺;150G是高流动级;450GL30是30%玻纤增强;450CA30是30%碳纤增强;450FC30是自润滑耐磨级。Victrex旗下还有个PEEK-OPTIMA,是Invibio医疗植入级,全球在用植入物超千万件——但记住,医疗植入级是原生料的天下,再生料碰都不能碰。
再生料行业里,大家按对标原牌号来命名——说对标450G的再生PEEK,行内人就知道是通用注塑未填充级;说对标450GL30,就是玻纤增强30%。
这背后还有其他巨头值得知道:Solvay的KetaSpire KT-880是通用高流动级,全球第二;Evonik的VESTAKEEP i4G是高粘度长期植入专用,打脊柱融合器和缝合锚;国产这边,中研股份的ZYPEEK 550G和770G已经在半导体CMP保持环领域替代传统材料,国产树脂追上来是迟早的事。但再生料这条线,牌号对标仍然是行业通行语言。
真正要盯的,是你手里的再生料能不能把对标牌号该有的性能打出来,而不是袋子上印的是谁的名字。
加工形态和颜色是最后两道关
品级、改性、牌号都问清了,还剩两把尺子:加工形态和颜色。
加工形态上,再生PEEK九成以上是注塑级,挤出级量很少。你拿注塑级去硬挤厚壁棒材,料性根本不配合。
颜色这一关更直接。天然浅棕琥珀色是本色未填充树脂的天生颜色,也是最贵的一档——G0纯树脂八万那批就是这个路数;黑色是加碳黑调色的,遮盖力强、料源广,耐磨轴承级常用;碳纤增强的是黑色,高强度高刚性;玻纤增强的是浅灰偏白,高刚性。本色未填充级为什么最稀缺?因为本色料反复加工之后颜色会加深,这个过程不可逆,稍微深一点就没法走本色应用,只能降级走黑色。
把MFR再强调一遍:30到33是原生450G的基准区间,再生料普遍偏高。这个数字,是整张报价单上最不该被忽略的品质量化指标——在400℃、2.16公斤条件下测,MFR飘了,说明分子链短了,韧性跟着掉。
颜色选对了,省的是配色成本和换色折腾;MFR盯住了,省的是量产之后反复出件不合格的冤枉钱。
四个细分方向,一句话讲清
G0纯树脂一级:未填充本色PIR水口料,成分单一灰分低,打对纯度和颜色有要求的关键件,八万那一档。
玻纤增强一级:GF30对标450GL30,回收后纤维变短需补纤,刚性回退,打不挑颜色的耐磨结构件,四万五一吨。
碳纤增强级:CF30对标450CA30,高强度高刚性黑色料,打对重量和刚性有要求的航空替代件。
耐磨自润滑级:对标450FC30,加PTFE或碳纤配方,打轴承、齿轮、密封件这些要自润滑的地方。

Also called recycled PEEK, glass fiber reinforced is quoted at 45,000, G0 pure resin at 80,000, a difference of 35,000 per ton. The material bags are all printed with the five words 'recycled PEEK'; the products you buy are completely different.
What's the difference? Grade.
Those who make semiconductor CMP retaining rings, automotive transmission bearing cages, or oil well tool seals all claim to use recycled PEEK. Some use glass fiber reinforced grade 1 material for wear-resistant structural parts that don't pick colors, while others use G0 pure resin to match downstream key parts with purity requirements.
What's even more interesting is that the national standard in this industry—GB/T 41873-2022—governs virgin PEEK resin, while GB/T 40006 recycled plastics series hasn't released a PEEK-specific volume yet, so recycled PEEK can only follow the .1 general rule.
If the national standard is missing, the secret codes are everywhere. If you can't tell the grade, you place an order—it's no different from blindly buying goods. This article breaks down the grading world of recycled PEEK, so at least after reading it, you won't be taken advantage of.
First, let's clarify what rules recycled PEEK follows. Polyether ether ketone PEEK is a semi-crystalline aromatic specialty engineering plastic. The benchmark for virgin grades is Victrex from the UK, and the main domestic product is ZYPEEK from Zhongyan Co., Ltd. On the national standard side, the current GB/T 41873-2022 "Plastics—Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resins" came into effect on May 1, 2023. Zhongyan Co. is the lead drafting unit. This booklet covers the classification, technical requirements, and test methods for virgin PEEK resins; The supporting GB/T 46197.2-2025 "Plastics—Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) Molding and Extruded Materials Part 2: Sample preparation and performance testing" was just implemented on March 1, 2026.
What about recycled materials? GB/T 40006 "Plastics—Recycled Plastics" series has already published several volumes: General Principles, PE, PP, ABS, PPE, with about 12 sections planned. However, PEEK still does not have a dedicated volume. Currently, recycled PEEK can only follow GB/T 40006.1-2021 general rules—terminology, classification, naming, technical requirements, and traceability documents follow a general framework, specifically determining which grade to charge and what indicators to inspect, relying on standards and factory inspections on both supply and demand sides.
What does the industry classify? Simply put, there are four standards: purity grade, processing form, modification direction, and color. The grades measured by these four standards are the source of the difference between 45,000 and 80,000 on the quotation.
There is also a hard quantitative measure called MFR. PEEK's melt flow rate test is fixed at 400°C and 2.16 kg weight—this temperature is much higher than general engineering plastics, because PEEK itself requires such high temperatures to melt. The base MFR for the native Victrex 450G is about 30 to 33 grams every ten minutes; At the recycled material stage, market samples generally go up a bit. If you look closely, if the MFR gets too light, the grade will follow suit.
Grade is the first sieve .
Premium, Grade I, and Grade II are the standard purity grading for recycled plastics, and the quoted list mostly uses Grade 1.
Grade 1 comes from PIR industrial scraps—CNC-machined chips, injection-molded sprue material, runner cold material, with a single composition and low ash content; Grade 2 is mixed, mixed with various recycled shells and foreign materials, resulting in high ash content and many subgrade materials, so performance declines accordingly. PIR accounts for about 75% of the global recycled PEEK market and is the main source of recycled PEEK.
You need to understand that string of prices on the quotation: glass fiber reinforced recycled PEEK is quoted at 45,000 yuan, noted as Grade 1—sounds cheap, but in reality, this batch of reinforcement undergoes multiple meltings during recycling, dropping grade from premium grade to grade 1, but the composition is still relatively simple; That G0 pure resin strip quoted at 80,000 yuan is the high-grade unfilled PIR—industrially sourced sprue and scrap material, with a single grade, high cleanliness, traceability, and is among the most scarce grades among recycled PEEK.
Why is the grade so valuable? Because PEEK, PEI, and PPSU all have similar appearance and color, making it easy to transfer materials during recycling. You must rely on FTIR infrared spectroscopy to identify each item one by one, then use density, magnetic, and electrostatic sorting to remove impurities and impurities. If the sorting isn't clean, the ash content increases, and strength and size will fluctuate. If you take Grade 2 material and make batch matching requirements, if it passes today and returns tomorrow, the customer returns it to the point you doubt your life.
When ordering, ask about the grade first: Grade 1 or Grade 2, and do you dare to attach ash content testing and FTIR identification reports? Clarifying this is much more effective than bargaining for 500 yuan.
Modification direction determines the value
Once the grade is set, whether it's clean or not is the modification direction that truly sets the price per ton of material apart.
Unfilled pure resin is a universal base, used for general heat-resistant structural and insulation parts; For rigidity, use glass fiber—GF30 is mainstream, benchmarking the original Vitrex 450GL30; Going further, there's carbon fiber reinforced CF30, benchmarked against 450CA30, high strength and rigidity; And PTFE-added wear-resistant self-lubricating bearing, benchmarked against 450FC30, specialized for bearings and gears.
There's an easily overlooked point here: after glass fiber reinforcement is recovered, during crushing and multiple extrusion pelletizing, fibers become shorter and the length-to-diameter ratio decreases, reducing the reinforcement effect step by step. To pull rigidity back to the target zone, you need to patch fiber—refill short fibers to restore fiber length distribution. How much and how well you supplement depends entirely on the supplier's control over the source. Why is the 45,000 yuan glass fiber reinforcement on the quotation sheet 35,000 yuan cheaper than G0 pure resin? The modification direction is just one reason; grade and color are the main factors.
Suzhou has a client specializing in precision structural components for semiconductor equipment. Previously, they tried to compete with so-called first-grade recycled PEEK in the domestic bulk market, claiming to benchmark against Victrex 450GL30 glass fiber reinforcement. As a result, the fiberglass content per batch dropped from 25% to 34%. After installation, the CMP equipment guide strips were pushed to 12% in size, causing the customer to immediately hit a red flag during factory inspection, with yield dropping to 71%. Later, we adopted fixed sources of direct procurement from multiple Southeast Asian countries—PIR Shuikou material from Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia was collected separately, each truck came with an FTIR identification report and ash content test, the grade locked to 450GL30, glass fiber content stabilized at 30% plus or minus 1%, grade stabilized at Grade 1, yield rate reached 96%.
To put it bluntly, multi-country direct sourcing is not just a marketing word—once the material source is fixed, the grade and ash content of each cart won't feel like opening a blind box. Batch control, stable grade, and precise grade—these three words on the mass production line mean that precision structural parts don't need to be repeatedly adjusted or stopped for materials.
Victrex grade hides the benchmark code
The quotation sheet not only has grade and modification direction, but also a string of codes you need to understand: 450G, 90G, 150G, 450GL30, 450CA30, 450FC30.
This string of numbers is the code for the native benchmark Victrex family. 450G is standard flow general injection molding grade, natural color, MFR benchmark 30 to 33; 90G is easy-flow grade, making filling thin-walled parts smoother; 150G is high-flow grade; 450GL30 is 30% glass fiber reinforced; 450CA30 is 30% carbon fiber reinforced; 450FC30 is a self-lubricating and wear-resistant grade. Victrex also has PEEK-OPTIMA, a medical implant-grade product from Invibio, with over ten million implants in use worldwide—but remember, medical implant-grade products are dominated by virgin materials; recycled materials are not allowed.
In the recycled materials industry, people name products based on their original grade—those who say they compare 450G recycled PEEK to the general injection-molded unfilled grade; Those who say it matches 450GL30 means 30% glass fiber reinforcement.
There are other giants behind this: Solvay's KetaSpire KT-880 is a general-purpose high-flow grade, second globally; Evonik's VESTAKEEP i4G is a high-viscosity long-term implant, designed for spinal fusion devices and suture anchors; On the domestic side, Zhongyan Co., Ltd.'s ZYPEEK 550G and 770G have already replaced traditional materials in the semiconductor CMP ring field, and domestic resins catching up is only a matter of time. But in the recycled material line, grade benchmarking remains the industry norm
What you really need to watch is whether the recycled material you have can deliver the performance expected by the grade, not whose name is printed on the bag.
Processing form and color are the last two hurdles
Grade, modification, and grade have all been clarified, leaving two rulers: processing form and color.
In terms of processing form, over 90% recycled PEEK is injection grade, with very little extrusion grade. If you use injection-grade to force-squeeze thick-walled bars, the material quality simply doesn't match.
Color is even more direct. Natural light brown amber is the natural color of unfilled resin and is the most expensive tier—G0 pure resin at 80,000 is exactly this method; Black is colored with carbon black, offering strong coverage, wide material availability, commonly used in wear-resistant bearing grades; Carbon fiber reinforced is black, high strength and rigidity; Glass fiber reinforced is light gray with a whiter tone, high rigidity. Why is the natural color unfilled grade the rarest? Because natural pigment colors deepen after repeated processing, a process irreversible; if it gets a bit darker, it cannot be applied as natural color, so it can only be downgraded to black.
emphasizes MFR again: 30 to 33 is the baseline range for native 450G, and recycled material is generally higher. This number is the most important quality indicator on the entire quotation list — measured at 400°C and 2.16 kg, if the MFR floats, it means the molecular chains are shorter and toughness is lost.
Choosing the right color saves you the cost of color matching and the hassle of color changes; MFR is monitored, saving you the waste of repeated substandard parts after mass production.
Four sub-directions, explained in one sentence
G0 Pure resin Grade 1: unfilled natural PIR sprue material, single composition, low ash content, key parts with precise purity and color requirements, 80,000 per ton.
Glass Fiber Reinforced Grade 1: GF30 targets 450GL30, fibers shorten after recycling and need repair, stiffness retreats, wear-resistant structural parts that don't pick colors, 45,000 per ton.
Carbon fiber reinforced grade: CF30 is benchmarked against 450CA30, a high-strength, high-rigidity black material, suitable for aerospace replacement parts with requirements for weight and rigidity.
Wear-resistant self-lubricating grade: Benchmarked against 450FC30, with PTFE or carbon fiber formulations, applied to bearings, gears, seals, and other parts requiring self-lubrication.
Final note: Eight material selection tips
1. Question standard: GB/T 41873-2022 pipe virgin PEEK, recycled material follows GB/T 40006.1 general rule, medical implant sources are directly excluded;
2. Ask about MFR: Measured at 400°C and 2.16kg, 30 to 33 is the native 450G standard, with generally high regeneration;
3. Ask about grade: Grade 1 has a single composition and low ash, Grade 2 mixed materials have many performance drops; don't pay the price difference for grade 2 for grade 1 survival;
4. Ask about modification: Unfilled pure resin, glass fiber GF30, carbon fiber CF30, wear resistance grade, set the price accordingly;
5. Ask about GF content: After recycling, the fiber shortens; clarify the amount of supplemented fiber and the measured percentage of glass fiber;
6. Grade inquiry: 450G universal injection molding, 450GL30 glass fiber 30%, 450CA30 carbon fiber 30%, 450FC30 wear resistance;
7. Ask about color: Natural amber is the most expensive, black is large and cheap, fiberglass reinforced light gray is in the middle;
8. Ask about batch: Do you dare to attach ash content and FTIR identification reports for each car? If you don't dare to provide it, just avoid it.
Final note: The grade of recycled PEEK essentially refers to the purity grade, modification direction, Victrex benchmark grade, and color, all measured by four standards. National Standard 41873 Virgin Resin and recycled materials don't have a dedicated classification yet. This grade code is currently the main grading language—if you don't learn it, you'll have to pay for others' tuition.
