SSBR是什么?国内产能都在谁手里
SSBR是溶液聚合丁苯橡胶,和常见的乳聚丁苯(ESBR)工艺路线不同。溶液聚合让苯乙烯和丁二烯的结合更均匀,乙烯基含量可控,做出来的胎面胶抓地、耐磨、滚动阻力三项平衡得更好,是绿色轮胎和高性能轮胎的主力胶种。它八成以上用在轮胎胎面,剩下在透明鞋底、塑料改性增韧上。
国内大陆SSBR产能集中在两家央企体系。中石油独山子石化是绝对主力,溶聚丁苯总产能做到十六万吨每年,还自主攻克了双端官能化SSBR,是国产高性能胎面胶的顶梁柱;中石化体系里,高桥石化约六点七万吨每年,是中石化SSBR的主要基地,燕山石化约三万吨每年,是国内较早的SSBR装置之一。需要说明,茂名石化、齐鲁石化这些名字更响的厂做的是乳聚丁苯(ESBR),不是本文说的SSBR,别买混了。台橡宁波、镇江奇美属于台资,辽宁北方戴纳索是外资合资,都不算国内大陆头部。
SSBR副牌:门尼粘度和充油量是两道坎
SSBR副牌,是原厂同一牌号体系里检验指标小幅偏离的批次。落到SSBR上,副牌最常见的差异点集中在四项:门尼粘度波动、苯乙烯与丁二烯比例小幅偏移、充油量偏差、色相深浅不一。
为什么这几项关键?轮胎厂配方是按门尼粘度卡着调的,门尼差五个单位,混炼吃料速度和硫化曲线就变了;充油量直接影响硬度和滚阻,充多了胎面发软、磨耗快;苯乙烯含量高了胶变硬、抓地掉一截。这些指标偏差一点,胎面性能就不是一个档次。
和回料的区别要说清楚:SSBR回料是废旧轮胎、鞋底破碎再生,分子链已经断过一次,性能波动极大;SSBR副牌是原厂原生胶块,只是个别指标小幅偏离。做高性能胎面,用副牌是"门尼能不能对上配方"的问题,用回料是"能不能过主机厂认证"的问题。
中石油独山子石化:国产SSBR的产量担当
独山子石化是国内SSBR产能最大的企业,溶聚丁苯总产能十六万吨每年,下游客户覆盖多家头部轮胎厂。它在二〇二一年靠自主技术建成六万吨生产线,二〇二三年又投产二点五万吨官能化SSBR间歇线,双端官能化产品在国内属于从零到一的突破。代表牌号上,独山子有轮胎用高性能系列、高端透明鞋底料系列等。
独山子副牌料的特点是:央企批次管理规范,门尼粘度批次间波动相对小;官能化和普通牌号都有,胎面配方厂选择面宽;缺点是新疆基地到华东华南运距长,交货周期和运费要提前算。

中石化高桥石化:华东SSBR主力基地
高桥石化是中石化体系内SSBR的主要生产基地,产能约六点七万吨每年,地处上海,靠近长三角轮胎和鞋底产业带。它在绿色轮胎胎面胶方向有较长积累,产品供国内主流轮胎厂。
高桥副牌料的特点是:区位优势明显,华东客户提货距离近、响应快;中石化牌号体系成熟,胎面级产品口碑稳定;副牌批次以门尼和色相小幅偏离为主,适合对成本敏感、配方容忍度高的胎面和鞋底制品。

中石化燕山石化:国内SSBR老牌装置
燕山石化是国内较早布局SSBR的企业之一,产能约三万吨每年,地处北京,技术积累深厚。它的SSBR牌号在行业里历史久,是很多老牌轮胎厂配方里的常客。
燕山副牌料的特点是:技术底蕴厚,牌号切换和工艺波动料的指标边界清晰;产能规模相对小,适合中小批量、配方成熟的轮胎和制品厂;华北及周边客户采购便利。
适用场景:轮胎胎面、工业橡胶制品、鞋底、塑料增韧。
SSBR副牌避坑指南
第一,先分清SSBR和ESBR。乳聚丁苯(ESBR)便宜,但工艺路线和性能完全不同,别拿ESBR当SSBR上车,磨耗和滚阻过不了。
第二,门尼粘度必须对上配方。轮胎厂换副牌前先做小试,确认门尼在配方窗口内,别拿高门尼副牌硬掺。
第三,充油量和苯乙烯含量要问清楚。这两项直接决定硬度和抓地,不问清楚就上车,批次间硬度漂移会被投诉。
第四,主机厂认证胎面别用副牌。配套车厂原配胎的胎面胶有认证要求,必须用正牌,副牌只用于替换胎、售后胎和非认证制品。

Mainland China's SSBR production capacity is concentrated in two central enterprise systems. SSBR key thresholds. These are sub-brands, and the inspection indicators within the same factory grade system show slight deviations. For SSBR, the most common differences for sub-brands are concentrated in four items: Mooney viscosity fluctuation, slight deviation in the styrene-to-butadiene ratio, fuel fill deviation, and varying hue depth.
Why are these key factors? The tire factory formula is adjusted according to Mooney viscosity. If Mooney differs by five units, the mixing feed rate and vulcanization curve will change; The amount of fuel directly affects hardness and rolling resistance; if filled too much, the tread becomes soft and wears faster; If the styrene content is high, the rubber hardens and grip drops significantly. SSBR secondary brand pitfall guide
First, distinguish between SSBR and ESBR. Milk polystyrene-butadiene (ESBR) is cheap, but the manufacturing route and performance are completely different. Don't use ESBR as SSBR for SSBR, as it won't withstand wear and rolling resistance.
Second, Mooney viscosity must match the formula. Before replacing the secondary brand, tire manufacturers should conduct a small test to confirm Mooney is within the formula window; do not forcibly blend with the high-grade Mooney secondary brand.
Third, ask clearly about the fuel filling amount and styrene content. These two factors directly determine hardness and grip. If you get in without clarifying, you may be complained about if hardness drift occurs between batches.
Fourth, OEM tread certification should not use secondary brands. The tread rubber used by the original tire supplier has certification requirements and must be genuine; secondary brands are only used for replacement tires, aftermarket tires, and uncertified products.
