PLA这两年受限塑和可降解政策推动,需求看着热闹,但真正能稳定供货、牌号成熟的厂家并不多。市场上不少低价"PLA",其实是掺了普通塑料的改性料,或者纯度不够的副线尾料,吹着"可降解"的概念卖。采购PLA副牌,先看是不是这三家原厂直出,比看报价单重要得多。
三、PLA副牌的门道:分子量和结晶,决定脆不脆
PLA副牌同样是原厂同牌号聚合线下来的原生粒子,出厂检验个别指标没够正牌卡的部分。PLA的常见浮动集中在分子量、结晶度、色泽这几项,而PLA天生偏脆,分子量一掉,韧性和耐热性立刻出问题——这就是开头那个杯盖掉渣的根源。
边界划清:正牌全指标达标,供食品接触件、耐热餐盒这类高要求场景;副牌个别指标小幅浮动,适合普通包装、非食品内件、一般片材;回料和水口料叠过一轮热历史,分子量再降,做不了韧性件;再生料来源杂,"可降解"标签下性能根本没谱。PLA这种对分子量敏感的料,副牌和回料的差别,一脱模就见分晓。
四、安徽丰原:链主企业,食品级餐具方向的大户
安徽丰原走的是生物基材料全链条路线,从玉米到丙交酯再到聚乳酸,自有年产十万吨级丙交酯装置,聚乳酸产能居全球前列,曾是大型赛事生物降解餐具的供应商,食品级一次性餐具方向出货量很大。
副牌层面,丰原的料适合做普通包装、非食品接触件、一般片材这类对韧性要求中等、但成本要控的制品。食品接触、耐热餐盒这种高要求件,建议走正牌,别在副牌上找空间。
五、浙江海正生物:商业化早,牌号成熟
浙江海正生物是全球第二家实现聚乳酸商业化生产的企业,技术底子厚,总产能达十二万多吨/年,新产线投产后规模进一步放大。它的PLA牌号成熟,覆盖注塑、挤出多个加工方向。
海正副牌料的特点是牌号规范、加工窗口清晰,对做普通包装、片材的厂家比较友好。做一般包装、非食品内件这类用途,海正线的副牌是稳妥选项。
六、金丹科技:乳酸龙头往下游延伸,全链布局
金丹科技是乳酸领域的国内龙头,沿玉米、淀粉、乳酸、丙交酯到聚乳酸全链条布局,新建聚乳酸项目陆续投产,把上游乳酸的成本和纯度优势往下游PLA延伸。
副牌层面,金丹的料在普通包装、片材、一般注塑件方向有应用基础。如果你的产品走普通包装和通用注塑路线,金丹这条线的副牌值得列入比价清单。
七、PLA副牌别被忽悠:看分子量、看用途、留批次样
PLA市场从来不缺"可降解"故事,副牌怕就怕在被讲故事忽悠。一是看分子量和韧性。PLA副牌的分子量浮动直接关系脆不脆,进厂先测分子量和缺口冲击,别只看"可降解"三个字。二是按用途分线。食品接触、耐热餐盒走正牌;普通包装、非食品内件走副牌。三是按批次留样。PLA批次间结晶度有差,逐批留样,制品出脆裂问题能倒查到哪一批。先小批试模,确认韧性和成型窗口再放量。

Hearing PLA was a hot topic, they wanted to buy a batch of "biodegradable" materials for cheapness, made cup lids on the machine, but when unmolded, they cracked at a moment. After a week of storage, the toughness dropped even more, and the whole batch was rejected by customers. Looking back, the so-called PLA material had poor purity and molecular weight, not even considered a legitimate sub-brand.
PLA this category, once the trend picked, the market was mixed with all kinds of good and bad, and the term "biodegradable" was used everywhere. Today, using a failed case as a guide, let's lay out the three leading domestic PLA brands: Anhui Fengyuan, Zhejiang Haizheng, and Jindan Technology, and clearly explain that domestic PLA secondary brands should not be fooled.
2. The Three Pillars of Domestic PLA: From lactic acid to resin, everyone is prominent

Jindan Technology is a leader in the lactic acid field, with one of the top domestic lactic acid production capacity, and is moving down the entire chain from corn, lactic acid, and lactide to polylactic acid, with new PLA projects gradually coming into operation. These three companies form the mainstream supply sources for domestic PLA sub-brands.
PLA recent years, driven by restrictions on plastics and biodegradable policies, demand seems lively, but there are few manufacturers with stable supply and mature grades. Many low-priced "PLA" products on the market are actually modified materials mixed with ordinary plastics or sub-line tailings with insufficient purity, marketed under the concept of "biodegradable." When purchasing PLA sub-brands, first check whether these three companies are directly from the original factory, which is much more important than reading the quotation.
3. The trick of PLA sub-brands: molecular weight and crystallinity determine brittleness
PLA Sub-brands are also native particles from the same grade polymerization line from the original factory, and some factory inspection indicators do not meet the requirements of genuine brands. Common fluctuations in PLA focus on molecular weight, crystallinity, and color, but PLA is naturally brittle; once molecular weight drops, toughness and heat resistance immediately become problematic—this is the root cause of the cup cap breaking off residue.
Boundary Drawing: Genuine brands meet all standards, suitable for high-demand scenarios like food contact parts and heat-resistant lunch boxes; Sub-brand has slight fluctuations in certain indicators, suitable for ordinary packaging, non-food inner parts, and general sheets; After a thermal cycle of overlapping and sprue materials, molecular weight drops further, making it impossible to make tough parts; Recycled materials come from diverse sources, and under the "biodegradable" label, their performance is simply unpredictable. PLA, a material sensitive to molecular weight, clearly distinguishes sub-brand and recycled material once demolded.
4. Anhui Fengyuan: Leading company in the chain and a major player in food-grade tableware
Anhui Fengyuan follows a full-chain bio-based material route, from corn to lactate to polylactic acid, owning a 100,000-ton annual lactate unit. Its polylactic acid capacity ranks among the world's top in the world, and it was once a supplier of biodegradable tableware for large-scale events, with large shipments in food-grade disposable tableware.
At the sub-brand level, Fengyuan's materials are suitable for ordinary packaging, non-food contact parts, and general sheets, which require moderate toughness but require controlled costs. For high-demand parts like food contact and heat-resistant lunch boxes, it is recommended to go for the official brand rather than looking for space on the sub-brand.
5. Zhejiang Hisheng Bio: Early commercialization, mature grade
Zhejiang Hisheng Bio is the world's second company to achieve commercial production of polylactic acid, with a solid technical foundation and a total capacity of over 120,000 tons per year. After the new production line is put into operation, the scale has further expanded. Its PLA grade is mature, covering injection molding and extrusion processing directions.
Haizheng's sub-brand material features standardized grades and clear processing windows, making it friendly to manufacturers making general packaging and sheets. For general packaging and non-food internal parts, the sub-brand of the Haizheng line is a reliable choice.
6. Jindan Technology: Lactic acid leader extends downstream, full-chain layout
Jindan Technology is a domestic leader in lactic acid, laying out the entire chain from corn, starch, lactic acid, lactide to polylactic acid, with new polylactic acid projects gradually launched, extending the cost and purity advantages of upstream lactic acid to downstream PLA.
At the sub-brand level, Jindan's materials have a foundation in general packaging, sheets, and general injection-molded parts. If your products follow the conventional packaging and general injection molding routes, Jindan's sub-brand line deserves to be included in the price comparison list.
7. Don't be fooled by PLA secondary brands: Look at molecular weight, usage, and batch samples
PLA The market never lacks stories about "biodegradable," but secondary brands fear being misled by stories. First, look at molecular weight and toughness. The molecular weight fluctuation of PLA secondary brands directly affects brittleness. Before entering the factory, measure molecular weight and notch impact, not just the word "biodegradable." Second, sort by use. Food contact and heat-resistant lunch boxes should be genuine brands; General packaging and non-food contents should be sub-brands. Third, keep samples by batch. PLA batches have different crystallinity levels; if samples are kept batch by batch, trace which batch has brittleness issues. Start with small batch mold trials to confirm toughness and molding window before ramping up.

A factory in Jinan that makes ordinary packaging sheets previously imported a batch of "biodegradable" material, which cracked at the first turn and caused a loss for returns. Later, they switched to transferring the main and sub-brands from the warehouse, retaining samples by batch. Upon arrival, molecular weight and toughness were first tested, and only after passing were they put on the machine. The sheets were not bent and molded stably, and the cost per kilogram was much lower than the genuine brand. Customers never returned the product due to cracking or brittleness. Their current rule is that food contact parts use the official brand, ordinary packaging uses the secondary brand, batch samples are continuously retained, and molecular weight must be measured every batch
