上周在一个赣州客户车间,采购跟师傅拌了两句嘴。采购指着一堆便宜FEP说,这料能熔融加工,熔指也对,跟进口FEP差在哪?师傅拿边角料往挤出机一送,连续挤出半小时,管壁就开始出现麻点,绝缘层表面不光洁。师傅撂下一句:能熔是一回事,熔出来的料干不干净、稳不稳,是另一回事。
FEP这个品类,最容易被一句"能熔加工"糊弄过去。今天用三家国内头部做对比,把FEP副牌怎么别乱买讲透。
二、国产FEP的供应格局:三家头部撑起可熔氟树脂
FEP,氟化乙烯丙烯,是少数能熔融加工的氟塑料,绝缘、防腐衬里、高频线缆、热收缩管都在用。它比PTFE好加工,但对熔体流动性和纯度的要求一点不低。

FEP副牌同样是原厂同牌号聚合线下来的原生粒子,出厂检验个别指标没够正牌卡的部分。FEP的常见浮动集中在熔体流动速率、分子量分布、纯度这几项,而FEP是熔融挤出成型,这些指标直接决定挤出表面光洁度和管材一致性。
边界划清:正牌全指标达标,供高频线缆、高纯衬里这类高要求件;副牌个别指标小幅浮动,适合一般防腐衬里、普通绝缘件、配色件;回料和水口料叠过一轮热历史,熔体质量掉档,挤出必出麻点;再生料来源杂,只敢往低端填充放。FEP这种走熔融加工的料,副牌和回料的差别,挤出机一开机就见分晓。

七、FEP副牌别乱买:检测单随货,熔体数据逐项看
FEP走熔融加工,副牌怕就怕在"没检测单就上机"。一是要检测单随货。熔体流动速率、纯度这两项必须随货附检测单,和自己的挤出工艺窗口对得上再上机。二是先挤小样。拿到料先挤出一小段管,看表面光洁度和壁厚均匀性,没问题再放量。三是按用途分线。高频线缆、高纯衬里这类高要求件,坚持用正牌;一般防腐衬里、普通绝缘件,副牌才划算。还有一点容易被忽略:FEP对水分敏感,进货后注意库房防潮,受潮料挤出一样出麻点,别把原料问题误判成色号问题。

These indicators directly determine extrusion surface finish and pipe consistency.
Boundary Clearing: Genuine brands meet all standards, suitable for high-demand parts such as high-frequency cables and high-purity linings; Secondary brands have slight fluctuations in certain indicators, suitable for general anti-corrosion linings, ordinary insulating parts, and color-matched parts; Return material and sprue material have been stacked for a thermal cycle, melt quality drops, and extrusion inevitably produces pit points; Recycled materials come from diverse sources, only daring to fill at the lower end. For materials like FEP that undergo melt processing, the difference between sub-brand and recycled material becomes clear as soon as the extruder starts.

A factory in Ganzhou that makes anti-corrosion lining and insulating pipe fittings previously got a batch of cheap FEP. After extrusion, the pipe walls showed pitting, the insulation layer was not smooth, and the entire batch of extruded parts was ruined. Later, they switched to transferring sub-brands from the warehouse, with inspection orders attached to the goods. When entering the factory, the melt index and purity were first checked, samples were squeezed to confirm the surface was smooth before ramping up. The quality of the lining and fittings stabilized, the cost per kilogram was lower than the genuine brand, and the scrap rate dropped significantly.
