ETFE是什么？乙烯四氟乙烯，耐候、耐化学、电气绝缘，做建筑膜（就是那些场馆顶棚的透明膜）、电线包覆、航天和化工泵件是把好手。可它金贵又挑下游，跟户外防晒衣一样——专门做户外的料，放久了表面也怕沾灰沾油，一旦污染，膜级的身份就保不住。再加上这料单价高、圈子窄，下游就膜结构、线缆、光伏那几个行业，普通回收商收了根本找不到下家。冷门料找不到下家，放着还贬值，全让老朱撞上了。他问了一圈收料的，报价一个比一个离谱，这才明白，膜级这种娇气料，不是没人要，是懂它的人太少。
冷门氟料的尴尬，是好料也怕压，压久了就掉价。
你找个统货商来，他八成分不清Tefzel和Fluon的区别，张口"氟塑料都一个价"，把你膜级ETFE按普通氟塑料称。半佛一句：他不是不识货，他是这料超出了他的认知范围，只能拿底价试探你，看你慌不慌。压秤、说你料放久了要打折、先报个高价再到手砍——这套组合拳，专挑你急着清仓的时候打。说个真事，有同行图省事一次性出了，事后才知道少算了一大截，悔得直拍大腿。

牌号点出来：科慕Chemours Tefzel ETFE 200、Tefzel HT-2004，AGC旭硝子Fluon C-55AP、Fluon C-88AXP、Fluon CB-8015X，大金NEOFLON ETFE EP-521、EP-620，山东东岳ETFE ET8系列、ET6系列，都在常规回收范围；山东华氟等其他牌号以实物评估为准。可回收形态包括呆滞原包料、膜/线缆边角料、水口浇口料、包覆不良件、库存尾料，破包受潮照收。膜级和线缆级我们分开评，不混着压。
避三个坑。一"氟塑料都一个价"，真相是膜级、线缆级价差不小。二"放着反正不变质"，真相是沾灰污染就降级。三"图省事一次性清给贩子"，真相是省了心，亏了钱。膜级料金贵，出之前多问一家，差别就出来了。
Old Zhu's factory is in Jiaxing, making building membrane structures and wire wrapping. Last year, a sports venue's ETFE film project was temporarily scaled back. He stored over four tons of Tezel and Fluon in his warehouse, stacked in a dry silo with brand-new labels. ETFE is not cheap; film and cable grades each have their own prices, and holding for half a year means nearly a hundred thousand yuan in storage. Finance urges him every month to make up for price drops, but he keeps dragging it out, and the accounts keep looking worse. The warehouse manager always retraces the pile of materials during inventory, afraid of breaking the packaging and making it hard to explain. He also wants to clear it quickly, but is afraid people will treat it like ordinary fluorine material and underestimate the price.
The more expensive the fluorine material is suppressed, the more it feels like a stone that can't be moved. What is
ETFE? Ethylene and PTFE are weather-resistant, chemical-resistant, and electrically insulating. They are excellent for making architectural films (like the transparent films used in venue roofs), wire wrapping, aerospace, and chemical pump parts. But it's expensive and downstream, just like outdoor sun-protective clothing—specialized for outdoor materials. If stored for a long time, the surface is prone to dust and oil, and once contaminated, the film-grade status is lost. Plus, this material has a high unit price and a narrow circle, with downstream industries like membrane structures, cables, and photovoltaics. Ordinary recyclers can't find buyers at all. Niche materials can't find buyers, and they depreciate in value, leaving Old Zhu with a lot of trouble. He asked around with collectors, and each quote was outrageous. Only then did he realize that film-grade materials are delicate and not unwanted by anyone, but because too few understand them.
The awkward situation with niche fluorine materials—even good materials are afraid of being squeezed, and if you hold them down for too long, the price drops.
You find a wholesaler, but he doesn't know the difference between Tefezel and Fluon, and he says 'fluoroplastics are all the same,' and calls your film-grade ETFE just like regular fluoroplastic. Hanfo replied: It's not that he doesn't know the quality, but that material is beyond his understanding. He can only test you at the base price to see if you're nervous. Weighing the scale, saying your material will be discounted if it's been stored too long, quoting a high price first before cutting back—this combo is especially targeting when you're in a hurry to clear out. Here's a real story: some competitors wanted to save trouble and sold it all at once, only to realize they missed a huge price later, regretting it so much they regretted it.
Seller's quotes are never for you to hear; they're giving them room to maneuver.
Cologne is a target for ETFE. We have downstream customers for membrane structures, cables, and photovoltaics receiving these materials. Grades like Chemours Tefzel, Asahi Glass Fluon, and Daikin NEOFLON are distributed the same day without inventory pressure. Niche batches and downgraded materials are processed by their own modified formulas, regardless of brand or batch. We price by grade, film/cable grade, and cleanliness by item, with clear and precise pricing, not fixed prices. With our own production capacity plus customer backing, the market fluctuates back and forth, and we don't bargain at the last minute. Simply put, what we earn isn't the price difference from resale, but from "knowing the material and delivering it to the right person."

Five-step process: material reporting (category, grade, quantity, and taking two photos of the bag surface) → graded evaluation→ on-site pickup→ deducting payment→ settlement and invoicing. Old Zhu's over four tons of ETFE, after evaluation, converted into KONICE modified plastic new material quota and pulled back to the production line, offsetting a large portion of the monthly purchase price. A cable factory did the same last month, clearing out inventory held for over half a year at once, and the freed-up space was placed into new orders. Grade List: Chemours Tefzel ETFE 200, Tefzel HT-2004, AGC Fluon C-55AP, Fluon C-88AXP, Fluon CB-8015X, Daikin NEOFLON ETFE EP-521, EP-620, Shandong Dongyue ETFE ET8 series, ET6 series are all within the standard recycling scope; Other grades like Shandong Huaflu are subject to physical appraisal. Recyclable forms include obsolete original packaging, film/cable scraps, sprue gate materials, defective coating parts, and inventory scraps. Moisture-prone packaging is still accepted. We evaluate film and cable grades separately and do not mix or press them.
Avoid three pitfalls. First, "Fluoroplastics are all the same"—the truth is that the price difference between film and cable grades is significant. Second, "Leave them alone and they won't spoil"—the truth is, if they get dirty, they downgrade. Third, "Just save trouble and clear them all at once to the vendors."
