ABS/PBT这东西,做汽车内饰、打印机复印机外壳的老板才熟。它是ABS加PBT的合金,刚韧平衡耐化学,但天生怕吸潮,PBT段一吸水,注塑的时候一加热就水解泛银纹。更麻烦的是合金料按设备定制,低光泽、阻燃、玻纤增强各有各的料,贩子收料不分型号,一吨当一吨压。ABS/PBT吸潮跟新衣服洗了没晒干一样,看着干了,上身还是一股潮味儿。你以为烘一烘还能用,其实酯段已经水解了一截。
回收的本质,不是卖废料,是把死钱变成活钱。
说个真事。有个老板喊来统货商,对方捏起一粒合金料搓了搓,说颜色发暗、烘过了,直接按地板价收。统货商的算盘打得比你家会计还精——他收回去掺进低档电器外壳里,强度不够就加点填料补,做出来的壳用一年就开裂,差价全进他口袋。你品品,他说的不能用,不是真没客户,是他自己手里没有办公设备厂的下家。有些贩子更损,连合金比例都不测,Novalloy和杂牌合金混着装一车。
统货商不是在帮你处理废料,是在拿你的好料贴补他的差料。

上门评估那天,我们技术员带一台快速水分仪和熔指仪,现场测水分、测熔指,阻燃和非阻燃分开记。你在场看着过磅,皮重毛重净重三单对得上。PBT段水解是大问题,我们会看颜色发暗的单独取样,不把水解扣到整批头上。

具体到牌号,我们常年回收大赛璐Novalloy B1300,东丽Toyolac VX10,韩国E-Polymers Tekaloy T80、Tekaloy T80FR等主流ABS/PBT合金牌号;宝理Duranex合金级、金发Kingfa等其他厂家牌号以实物评估为准。可回收形态包括呆滞原包料(整托或散包)、打印机外壳水口料、汽车内饰浇口料、挤出浇口料、造粒机头料、废品件、库存尾料。吸潮粒子要单独烘干取样,别跟新粒混一袋。
说个实在的,ABS/PBT吸潮水解是慢慢发生的,你烘一次能用,烘两次酯段就断了。趁粒子还没深度降解,找个有办公设备和内饰终端的人接走,分级抵新料,资金转起来比啥都强。
临了唠两句避坑。回收就是贱卖?真相是分牌号分级卖,好料能卖好价。定制料没人要?真相是找对终端客户,改性厂和办公设备厂都在找货源。谁出价高卖谁?真相是到手砍价、压秤、拖款的,价比三家还亏。

ABS/PBT is only familiar to owners who make automotive interiors and printer and copier shells. It's an ABS and PBT alloy—tough, balanced, chemical-resistant, but naturally sensitive to moisture. Once the PBT segment absorbs water, it hydrolyzes and wrinkles when heated during injection molding. What's even more troublesome is that alloy materials are customized by equipment—low-gloss, flame-retardant, and fiberglass-reinforced each have their own materials. Vendors don't distinguish by model—one ton is worth a ton per ton. ABS/PBT absorbs moisture like new clothes that haven't been washed or dried—they look dry, but still smell damp on the body. You might think a bit of drying will still work, but actually the ester segment has already been partially hydrolyzed.
The essence of recycling isn't selling scrap, but turning dead money into living money.
Let me tell a real story. A boss called in a wholesaler, who picked up a grain of alloy and rubbed it, saying it was dull and over-baked, so he charged at floor price. The wholesaler's calculations were even more sophisticated than your accountant's—he took them back and mixed them into low-end appliance casings, added some filler if strength wasn't enough, and the finished shells cracked after a year, and the price difference went straight to him. Think about it, what he said was useless—not because he really had no clients, but because he didn't have any office equipment factories himself. Some dealers were even more ruthless, not even measuring the alloy ratio, mixing Novalloy with generic alloys in one truck.
The wholesaler isn't helping you deal with scrap; they're using your good materials to make up for their shortages.

Pricing is graded by melting finger, impact strength, and flame retardant grade, with one price per grade, clearly stated on the recycling form. Good materials aren't afraid of not being picked up; what's worrisome is selling good materials as scrap.
On the day of the on-site evaluation, our technician brought a rapid moisture meter and melting finger meter to measure moisture and melt fingers on site, separating flame and non-flame retardant records separately. You are present and weigh the materials; the weight, weight, and net weight all match up. Hydrolysis of the PBT segment is a big issue; we sample separately for darker parts and do not attribute hydrolysis to the entire batch.
A different approach is more cost-effective—replace recycled material with new material. Five steps of the process: first submit materials, take photos, indicate grade, tonnage, and city; We conduct on-site graded evaluation, then quote on the spot after testing; On-site weighing and receiving goods; Recovery payment directly deducts the payment for new material purchased from Cologne; Final settlement and invoice issuance. A long-term customer of a certain automotive trim panel store stored about 4 tons of ABS/PBT obsolete material in their warehouse. By grading, they offset nearly half of the new material payment, saving about 20,000 yuan in cash flow. The newly brought back was KONICE modified plastics, which were directly added to the production line for renewal.
To put it bluntly, it's not that you can't accept scrap; it depends on how you handle it.
As for specific grades, we regularly recycle mainstream ABS/PBT alloy grades such as Novalloy B1300, Toray Toyolac VX10, and Korean E-Polymers Tekaloy T80 and Tekaloy T80FR; Other manufacturers like Poly Duranex alloy grade and Kingfa grade grades are based on actual product appraisal. Recyclable forms include stagnant original packaging (whole pallets or loose packs), printer shell sprue material, automotive interior gate material, extrusion gate material, pelletizer head material, scrap parts, and inventory scrap. Moisture-absorbing pellets should be dried and sampled separately; don't mix them with new pellets in the same bag.
To be honest, ABS/PBT moisture absorption and hydrolysis happen gradually. You can use it after one drying, but after two bakings, the ester segment breaks. Before the pellets degrade deeply, find someone with office equipment and interior terminal to pick them up, grade them to offset new materials, and turn your money around better than anything else.
Say a few words to avoid pitfalls. Is recycling just selling cheap? The truth is selling by grade and grade; good materials can be sold at good prices. No one wants custom materials? The truth is, find the right end customers—both modification factories and office equipment manufacturers are looking for suppliers. Whoever bids higher sells whom? The truth is, when you get the price, you get the weight, and delay payments—the price is even worse than the three companies
