这个问题一搜，从五十五块一公斤到二百六十块一公斤，报价差得比耐温等级还多。有人说我买的五十五的巨化FJC-T3用得挺好，有人说我买的二百六的科慕9494X才叫高端。到底差在哪？
说实话，问FEP多少钱一公斤的人，大概率还没搞懂FEP这东西不是一个料——挤出级、注塑级、薄膜级、粉末级、抗静电级，每个分支价格都不一样。你拿国产挤出级的价和进口高端比，那不叫比价，叫被忽悠。

二、同是FEP，价差凭什么这么大
FEP的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，纯度不同。工业级纯度适中价格便宜，半导体级纯度高价格贵。半导体用FEP必须金属离子含量极低。
第二，熔体强度不同。通用级熔体强度一般价格便宜，高熔体强度级适合厚壁和大口径价格贵。
第三，加工方式不同。挤出级适合管材电线价格适中，注塑级适合精密部件价格高，粉末级适合涂层浸渍价格低。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但高端牌号少。同样是挤出级，科慕比巨化贵3-4倍，贵的是品控和纯度。
三、采购避坑：别让纯度骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的五十五的，然后做出来的电线绝缘层有气泡、耐温不够、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
FEP采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看熔指和耐温不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动，拿到料先测熔指和维卡温度，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿PFA当FEP卖，拿回收料当新料卖。要COA、要金属离子检测、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价55块，做出来次品率5%；B料单价180块，次品率1%。算到每件制品上，B料反而更便宜。
四、标准牌号满足不了？看看改性方案

How much is FEP per kilogram?
Quotes range from CNY 55/kg to CNY 260/kg. FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), the melt-processable PTFE, is not one material: extrusion, injection, film, powder and antistatic grades each carry a different price. Comparing a domestic extrusion quote with an imported premium one is not price comparison; it is how you get fooled.

2. Why prices differ so much
Four factors: (1) Purity — industrial grade is cheap; semiconductor grade needs extremely low metal-ion content and costs far more. (2) Melt strength — general grades are cheap; high-melt-strength grades for thick-wall and large-diameter parts cost more. (3) Processing route — extrusion suits pipe and wire at mid-price, injection suits precision parts at higher price, powder suits coating/impregnation at lower price. (4) Brand and origin — for the same extrusion grade, Chemours costs 3-4x more than Juhua, paying for quality control and purity.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often produces insulation with bubbles and insufficient temperature resistance, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test melt flow index and temperature resistance against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell PFA as FEP or recycled as virgin; demand the COA, a metal-ion test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost: A at CNY 55/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 180/kg with 1% — B is cheaper per part.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need conductivity AND corrosion resistance, reinforcement AND high flow — you need modified FEP.
