这个问题一搜，DOP八块九，DOTP八块八，DBP八块五，看起来差不了几毛钱。但有人说我用DOP出口被拒了，有人说我用DOTP制品冬天硬得像板砖。到底差在哪？
说实话，问增塑剂多少钱一公斤的人，大概率还没搞懂增塑剂的核心不是单价，是环保合规和性能稳定。
一、报价差几块，差在哪
增塑剂这东西，价格差主要来自四个变量。
第一，品种不同。DOP邻苯类便宜但有环保限制，DOTP对苯类环保型稍贵，TOTM耐高温型贵，柠檬酸酯环保型更贵。品种不一样，成本差一倍都正常。
第二，纯度和等级。工业级和环保级差不少，99.5%纯度和99%纯度价格也不一样。你拿工业级的价和环保级比，那不叫比价，叫被忽悠。
第三，进口还是国产。进口品牌溢价高但稳定，国产性价比高但质量参差，运气好捡到宝，运气差买到掺假的，析出严重制品出油。
第四，原料行情。增塑剂价格跟着辛醇、PTA走，辛醇八千九一吨的时候DOP九千四，原料涨的时候一天一个价，你上个月问的价这个月可能就不作数了。
所以下次别上来就问多少钱，先报清楚：什么制品、有没有环保要求、耐温多少、会不会出油、月用量多少。对方一听就知道你是内行。
二、市场行情摸个底
目前市场大致分三档，仅供参考，实时价格以询价为准。
入门档7到10元一公斤。DOP、DBP等邻苯类通用型，适合要求不高的PVC制品、普通电缆、人造革。能用，但有环保限制，出口过不了RoHS和REACH。
主流档8到12元一公斤。DOTP环保型、DINP等，大部分PVC制品、电缆、人造革场景够用，性价比最高的区间。市面上走量的产品基本在这一档，DOTP目前出厂价约八千八一吨。
高端档12到25元一公斤。TOTM耐高温型、柠檬酸酯环保型、进口品牌、食品级产品。医疗、食品接触、耐高温电缆等要求高的场景用，效果好但单价确实肉疼。
一句话：你要的是软还是过环保认证加耐温不出油，决定了你该在哪一档选。
三、真正会买的人，算的不是单价
我见过太多工厂，比价比到最后选了最便宜的DOP，然后出口被拒，整批货压在仓库，一次损失够买一年的DOTP。
增塑剂这东西，单价只是表面，真正的成本藏在四个地方。
环保合规。DOP便宜一块钱，但出口过不了RoHS，整批货被退，损失的不是一块钱，是一整批货的钱。该花的钱省不得。

一开始图便宜，拿了8.2块一公斤的DOP，比DOTP便宜六毛，一个月省四千块。结果出口抽检邻苯超标，整批20吨货被退，运费加返工亏了八万多，客户还差点丢了。

第二，问清纯度和环保等级，对比合规风险和析出损失。让供应商给你提供检测报告，提供不了的直接pass。
第三，看供应商能不能给技术支持。增塑剂不是加进去就完事，温度、配方、用量都影响效果。出了问题有人帮你调，比什么都强。
