第二,测低温冲击。TPO的核心卖点是低温韧性。副牌TPO最容易出偏差的指标就是-30℃悬臂梁冲击强度。进货前要求供应商提供同批次低温冲击数据,到货后复测。如果你做汽车外饰件,低温冲击不过关冬天就开裂。

After purchase, thin slices are observed under a microscope; if the dispersed phase particle size is uniform and there is no obvious agglomeration, it indicates a legitimate production line product; If the dispersion phase is uneven in size and there are many white particles clustered, it may be a small factory mixing agents passing off as sub-brands.
Second, test low-temperature impact. The core selling point of TPO is low-temperature toughness. The most common deviation indicator for sub-brand TPO is the impact strength of the cantilever beam at -30°C. Before purchase, suppliers are required to provide low-temperature impact data for the same batch and retest after arrival. If you make automotive exterior parts, if the low-temperature impact fails, cracks will occur in winter.
Third, make sure to use the original sub-brand packaging. The packaging for the Dawn TPO secondary brand should be in the original factory packaging bag, with a clear label indicating the grade and batch number.
