SBR副牌:门尼粘度和苯乙烯含量是两道闸门
SBR副牌,是原厂同一牌号体系里检验指标小幅偏离的批次。SBR这个料,偏差常出现在三项:门尼粘度波动、结合苯乙烯含量偏差、扯断强度和伸长率波动。
为什么盯这三项?门尼粘度是橡胶加工性的核心指标,门尼高了混炼吃力、流动性差,门尼低了胶料发软、压延出片不稳定。结合苯乙烯含量决定SBR的硬度和强度,含量高则耐磨耐抓地好、含量低则生热低柔韧好。这两项偏了,配方就得跟着调。
