PU副牌:NCO含量和粘度是两条硬杠
PU副牌,是原厂同一牌号体系里指标小幅偏离的批次。落到聚氨酯原料上,副牌最常见的差异点集中在四项:NCO含量偏差、粘度波动、色相偏黄、水分偏高。
为什么这几项关键?NCO含量决定和聚醚反应的配比,低了两个百分点,泡沫就发不熟、力学性能掉档;粘度波动影响泵送和发泡工艺;水分高了,做出来的泡沫气孔大、强度低。这些都是聚合反应的地基,地基歪了,成品一定歪。
和再生/调配料的区别:PU废料回收做弹性体再造粒,已经受过热历史;而PU副牌是原厂原装聚合料,只是NCO或粘度小幅偏离。做冰箱发泡,用副牌是"配比要不要微调"的问题,用调配料是"导热系数过不过"的问题。

PU副牌避坑指南
第一,NCO含量必测。聚合MDI和纯MDI副牌,先测NCO,低于标称值就别进发泡线,配比对不上一定出废品。
第二,警惕"调配料"。市场上把多批杂料掺一起当副牌卖的很多,认准原厂原包标识和检测单,拆包混批的不要。
第三,水分要控。PU原料吸潮,存储和运输要防潮,水分高的批次做出来气孔粗大。
第四,高端配套件别用副牌。冰箱原厂、汽车内饰发泡有性能认证要求,用正牌;副牌用于工业保温、仿木、非认证泡沫。

NCO content determines the polyether reaction ratio; if the ratio is two percentage points lower, foam does not mature and mechanical properties drop; Viscosity fluctuations affect pumping and foaming processes; When moisture is high, the resulting foam has large pores and low strength. First, NCO content must be tested. For polymerized MDI and pure MDI secondary brands, first test NCO. If the value is below the nominal value, do not enter the foaming line; if the mixing ratio is incorrect, it will definitely cause defective products.
Second, be wary of "mixed ingredients." Many markets sell mixed batches of mixed materials as sub-brands; make sure to check the original factory label and test form; do not mix or unpack them.
Third, control moisture. PU raw materials absorb moisture; prevent moisture during storage and transportation; batches with high moisture will have large pores.
