PPS副牌,是原厂同一牌号体系里指标小幅偏离的批次。落到PPS上,副牌最常见的差异点集中在四项:熔指(分子量)波动、金属杂质偏高、色相偏差、品级混用。
为什么这几项关键?PPS靠熔指定流动性和强度,熔指波动大,薄壁连接器充模和强度就不稳;金属杂质高了,做电子电器件会影响电性能;最要命的是品级混用——把涂料级或纤维级拿去注塑,工艺根本对不上。

PPS? Domestically
PPS Xinhecheng dominates the market, with polyphenylene sulfide (polyphenylene sulfide), which can withstand high temperatures above 200°C, is flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, and dimensionally stable. PPS sub-brand pitfall avoidance guide
First, first check the grade. Injection molding, extrusion, fiber, and coating grade processes are completely different. Do not use coating grade for connectors; first confirm which secondary label is used.
Second, the fusion fingers must match the product. Thin-walled connectors must have high flow, structural parts must have high strength, and do not use secondary plates with incorrect fusion fingers on the machine.
Third, metal impurities must be tested. PPS for electronic and electrical components has high metal impurities that affect insulation, so secondary brands should be checked according to the inspection report.
