ETFE副牌从哪来,和PTFE、FEP怎么分
ETFE副牌来自共聚装置开停车料、牌号切换过渡料、工艺波动致熔指或色相小幅偏离的批次。它仍是东岳原厂原生ETFE粒子,耐候和机械骨架与正牌一致,个别指标小幅浮动,不是回料。要把ETFE和PTFE、FEP分清:PTFE不可熔融加工、靠模压;FEP可熔融但偏软;ETFE机械强度高、耐辐射,适合膜和涂层。别拿FEP凑ETFE往光伏背板膜上用,强度和耐候差一截。ETFE副牌按熔指和色相分档,膜级对厚度均匀和耐候敏感,进厂要测熔指。

ETFE副牌选购避坑
第一,原厂原包直采。ETFE单价高、氟树脂掺假风险大,要原厂原包带批号。第二,测熔指和拉伸强度,膜级对厚度均匀和强度敏感。第三,建筑膜和光伏背板耐候认证件走正牌,副牌用于一般涂层和非主受力膜。第四,氟树脂加工温度高,副牌按推荐温度试机,避免降解。第五,干燥,ETFE吸潮低,但成型前仍建议干燥去除水分。另外ETFE熔体粘度高,副牌按推荐挤出温度和牵引速度试膜,缺压会厚度不均。耐候宣称要靠长期紫外老化数据,副牌别直接做建筑外披水主膜。采购时要分清是挤出级还是涂覆级,两者熔指和助剂配方不同,拿涂覆级去吹膜容易破洞,下单前先按制品工艺对牌号。

ETFE is ethylene-PTFE copolymer, a rare melt-processable type among fluoroplastics. It is weather-resistant, chemical-resistant, radiation-resistant, and has high mechanical strength. It is used in photovoltaic backsheet films, building ETFE membrane structures, high-speed rail interior coatings, and wire insulation. Global ETFE was originally led by Daikin, DuPont, and others. Domestically, Dongyue Group has completed the development of ethylene-PTFE copolymer resin, forming three product series: DS405, DS4051, and DS406. Its production technology has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, reaching an internationally advanced level, and has been recognized as a single champion in Shandong Province. ETFE sub-brands come from, and how do they differ from PTFE and FEP
ETFE sub-brands come from copolymer device start-stop materials, grade switching transition materials, process fluctuations, fluctuation of melting fingers, or batches with slight color deviations. They are still original ETFE particles from Dongyue, with weather resistance and mechanical framework consistent with genuine products, with slight fluctuations in some indicators, not recycled materials. ETFE must be distinguished from PTFE and FEP: PTFE cannot be melt-processed and depends on molding; FEP is meltable but relatively soft; ETFE has high mechanical strength and radiation resistance, making it suitable for films and coatings. Don't use FEP to match ETFE for photovoltaic backsheet films; strength and weather resistance are far inferior. ETFE Avoid pitfalls when selecting sub-brands
First, direct sourcing from the original factory. ETFE is expensive and fluororesin carries a high risk of adulteration, so the original factory packaging must have a batch number. Second, test melting index and tensile strength; film grade is sensitive to uniform thickness and strength. Third, use genuine certification parts for building film and photovoltaic backsheet weather-resistant parts; sub-brands are used for general coatings and non-main load-bearing films. Fourth, fluororesin processing temperatures are high; sub-brands test at recommended temperatures to avoid degradation. Fifth, drying: ETFE has low moisture absorption, but it is still recommended to dry and remove moisture before forming. Additionally, ETFE melt has high viscosity; test the sub-brand film according to recommended extrusion temperature and traction speed; if the pressure is low, the thickness will be uneven. Weather resistance claims rely on long-term UV aging data; sub-brands should not directly make the main water-covered film for buildings. When purchasing, distinguish between extrusion grade and coating grade. The two have different melt fingers and additive formulas; using coating grade to blow the film can easily cause holes. Before ordering, check the grade according to the product manufacturing process.
