二、同是SBS，价差凭什么这么大
SBS的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，丁二烯含量不同。丁二烯含量30%左右便宜，含量70%以上高弹性但贵。丁二烯含量越高，弹性越好，但强度略降。
第二，充油与否不同。干胶贵，充油便宜。充油级比干胶便宜20-30%，但性能略降。
第三，耐候等级不同。通用级便宜，耐候级贵。耐候需要特殊稳定剂，价格更高。

SBS is not one material: high-elasticity, weatherability, oil-extended, dry rubber, and each carries a different price.

First, test key properties against the COA instead of trusting the grade name — performance of the same grade can fluctuate between batches. Second, watch out for substitution fraud: some traders pass off cheaper or recycled material as the real thing; demand the COA, a test report and original packaging before use. Third, don't compare unit price alone — calculate total cost per finished part, including rejected-goods loss; a higher-priced grade with a 1% defect rate is often cheaper than a low-priced one with 5% rejects.
