二、同是NBR，价差凭什么这么大
NBR的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，丙烯腈含量不同。丙烯腈含量25%左右便宜，含量40%以上耐油好但贵。丙烯腈含量越高，耐油性越好，但耐寒性越差。
第二，门尼粘度不同。低门尼便宜，高门尼贵。高门尼需要特殊工艺，价格更高。
第三，耐油等级不同。通用级便宜，高耐油级贵。高耐油需要高丙烯腈含量，价格更高。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但牌号多。同样是中丙烯腈，日本JSR比兰州石化贵50-100%，贵的是品控和研发。
三、采购避坑：别让丙烯腈含量骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的十五的，然后做出来的密封件耐油差、漏油、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
NBR采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看丙烯腈含量和门尼粘度不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动，拿到料先测丙烯腈含量和门尼粘度，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿天然橡胶当NBR卖，拿低丙烯腈当高丙烯腈卖。要COA、要丙烯腈含量检测、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价15块，做出来密封件次品率5%；B料单价20块，次品率1%。算到每个密封件上，B料反而更便宜。

How much is NBR per kilogram?
Quotes range from CNY 15/kg to CNY 32/kg. NBR (nitrile rubber) is not one material: general, oil-resistant, high-acrylonitrile, low-Mooney and high-Mooney grades each carry a different price.
Made by copolymerizing butadiene and acrylonitrile, NBR offers oil resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance, and is used in seals, rubber rollers, oil lines, O-rings and work gloves.

2. Why prices differ so much
Four factors: (1) Acrylonitrile content — around 25% is cheap; above 40% gives better oil resistance but worse cold resistance, and costs more. (2) Mooney viscosity — high Mooney needs special processing and costs more. (3) Oil-resistance grade — high grades need high acrylonitrile content. (4) Brand and origin — for the same medium-acrylonitrile grade, JSR costs 50-100% more than Lanzhou, paying for quality control and R&D.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often gives seals with poor oil resistance and leakage, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test acrylonitrile content and Mooney viscosity against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell natural rubber as NBR or low-acrylonitrile as high-acrylonitrile; demand the COA, an acrylonitrile-content test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost per seal: A at CNY 15/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 20/kg with 1% — B is cheaper.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need oil resistance AND cold resistance, high Mooney AND high flow — you need modified NBR.
