第一,看热变形温度和长期使用温度不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动,拿到料先测热变形温度和长期使用温度,和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多",差不多就是差很多。
第二,警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿PA66当HPA卖,拿低耐热当高耐热卖。要COA、要耐热等级检测、要原厂包装,三证合一才敢用。
第三,别只比单价,算综合成本。A料单价40块,做出来制品次品率5%;B料单价65块,次品率1%。算到每件制品上,B料反而更便宜。

Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell PA66 as HPA or low-heat as high-heat; demand the COA, a heat-grade test and original packaging.
