汽车级再生料的需求,一半是法规推出来的。
欧盟(EU)2026/1738:2028年9月1日后新型式认证车辆,整车塑料再生占比不低于15%(2032年9月1日起执行);2036年起提升到25%,其中至少20%必须来自报废车辆闭环回收的塑料。
国内虽然没有一刀切的强制比例,但头部车企已经动起来:上汽、比亚迪、宁德时代把再生尼龙6采购门槛定到不低于15%质量占比。
这意味着什么?意味着再生尼龙的“汽车级”不是可选项,是未来五年所有想进供应链的料必须跨过的门槛。
主机厂的门槛,比法规还高
法规定下限,主机厂定上限。
汽车级再生尼龙要过三关:性能关——拉伸、冲击、耐温、耐油,按应用逐项对标;气味关——气味等级压到3级以内、低VOC是硬指标,发动机舱里闻起来要跟新料没差别;追溯关——每一种原料、每一个添加剂、每一批再生料来源,都要按分子式和质量比填进IMDS系统,一个数据填错,整张表打回重审,一耽搁就是两三周。
2026年起,新车型的尼龙关键部件再生料比例要求不低于10%的案例越来越多——不是想不想用,是政策逼着用。
所以说“汽车级”贵,贵在体系:认证、追溯、每批检测、稳定供货,哪一样都要成本。
闭环回收:废车变新车的硬约束
法规里最狠的一条,是闭环回收。
2036年起,再生塑料里至少20%必须来自报废车辆拆解回收的塑料——也就是“车到车”的闭环,而不是把车用废料降级用到别处。
这意味着汽车级再生尼龙的料源要往“拆解件”方向走:报废汽车的尼龙件(进气歧管、风扇、线束连接器)被拆下来、分选、再造粒,再回到新车。
这个闭环目前最大的瓶颈是分选——报废车尼龙件种类杂、玻纤含量不一,分选精度不够,再生料质量就上不去。谁能把拆解分选做到位,谁就卡住了未来汽车级料源的咽喉。
料源保障:东南亚直采为什么是关键
汽车级料源稀缺,进口渠道就成了命门。

Regulations are the biggest driving force
Half of the demand for automotive-grade recycled materials comes from regulations.
EU 2026/17 38: After September 1, 2028, for newly certified vehicles, the proportion of plastic recycled in the vehicle must be no less than 15% (effective from September 1, 2032); From 2036, it will be raised to 25%, with at least 20% of that must come from closed-loop recycling of end-of-life vehicles.
Although there is no one-size-fits-all mandatory ratio domestically, leading automakers have already taken action: SAIC, BYD, and CATL have set the procurement threshold for recycled nylon 6 at no less than 15% by mass.
What does this mean? It means that "automotive-grade" recycled nylon is not optional; it is a threshold that all materials wishing to enter the supply chain must overcome in the next five years.

The law sets a lower limit, and OEMs set an upper limit.
Automotive-grade recycled nylon must pass three stages: performance — tensile, impact, temperature resistance, oil resistance, benchmarked item by application; Odor level—Odor level must be kept below level 3, low VOC is a hard requirement, and the engine bay must smell the same as new material; Traceability level—Every raw material, every additive, and every batch of recycled material must be entered into the IMDS system based on molecular formula and mass ratio. If one data error is made, the entire form is sent back for re-review, and a delay can take two to three weeks.
Starting in 2026, new models are increasingly required to have recycled material in key nylon components at least 10%—not because they want to use it, but because policy forces it.
That's why "automotive-grade" is expensive because of the system: certification, traceability, every batch of testing, stable supply—all of which cost money.
Closed-loop recycling: The hard constraint on turning scrap cars into new ones
The strictest rule is closed-loop recycling.
Starting in 2036, at least 20% of recycled plastics must come from scrapped vehicles for dismantling and recycling—that is, a "car-to-car" closed loop, rather than downgrading car waste elsewhere.
This means the source of automotive-grade recycled nylon should go toward "dismantled parts": nylon parts from end-of-life vehicles (intake manifolds, fans, wiring harness connectors) are removed, sorted, re-pelletized, and then returned to new vehicles.
The biggest bottleneck in this closed loop is sorting—scrapped nylon parts are mixed in variety and have inconsistent glass fiber content, resulting in insufficient sorting precision and poor recycled material quality. Whoever can properly dismantle and sort will be choked by the future supply of automotive-grade materials.
