没有证,你本征V-0做得再匀,品牌客户和整机厂也不敢把你写进合格供应商名录;有了证,同样一吨再生液晶料,价格能比无证的高出一截。

再生LCP的认证体系,是分层的,一层一道门。
首层是再生含量认证,GRS、UL 2809,证明你这料里真有那么多回收料、物理链路可追溯;第二层是电子电器,UL94 V-0天然阻燃加RoHS、REACH有害物质合规,证明你敢接品牌整机厂;第三层是汽车,IATF 16949体系下的车规验证,证明你敢进ECU和传感器供应链;第四层是国家标准,GB/T 46830.1-2026刚发布,2026年12月1日实施,再生料这边目前执行GB/T 40006.1通则。
每一层都是真金白银堆出来的。你想接哪类客户,就得先翻哪道门。
但要说清楚一个现实:SMT连接器这种关键高频件,行业惯例是禁用回料的;非关键件才接受10%到25%的掺混。这也是为什么再生LCP走的是非关键件和掺混料这条主路——不是不想进关键件,是规范真不让。
UL94 V-0,是分子自带的本钱
UL94 V-0这道门,LCP走得比谁都轻松。
普通工程塑料要做到V-0,得往料里加溴系或者磷系阻燃剂,加得少了过不了灼热丝,加多了影响力学性能还析出白霜。LCP不一样——它主链全芳香化,分子结构本身就阻燃,薄壁件也能稳过V-0,一粒阻燃剂都不用加。
这意味着什么?意味着它天然无卤,RoHS和REACH那套有害物质合规基本白送,出口欧盟不用额外折腾。住友、塞拉尼斯、宝理的主流牌号,UL黄卡都是现成的。
但再生料这边有个坑:原生牌号的UL黄卡,不等于再生料的UL黄卡。你拿再生料去切薄壁件,过烧后批次间阻燃一致性可能飘,整机厂要的是你整批料都稳,不是首件侥幸过。说白了,V-0是分子自带的本钱,但批次均匀得靠分选和造粒工艺自己挣。
IATF 16949车规,掺混比例写在规范里
汽车这条线,认证不是考你性能多强,是考你掺混比例敢写多少。
IATF 16949体系下,LCP蹲的那些车规件——传感器外壳、ECU周边连接器——车厂规范里写得很死:关键安全件和高频信号件,禁用回料;非关键结构件,接受10%到25%的再生料掺混。这个比例不是销售拍脑袋定的,是车厂按零件失效模式倒推出来的。
住友官方的再生利用技术资料里写得明白:以30%比例掺混再生料,初期强度略有下降,但第3次回收后性能基本不再变化,强度保持率在90%以上,收缩率几乎无变化。这就是为什么车厂敢给10%到25%这个窗口——行业里有数。
但别高兴太早。宝理LAPEROS S475已经拿到了UL再生材料含量80%的追加认证,那是人家闭环水口料、从注塑机回到造粒机一条线自己跑出来的。贸易商手里的杂料再生料,想照着这个比例往车规件里塞,车厂审核一翻料源台账,直接打回。
GRS和UL 2809,考的是那本翻得开的账
电子品牌客户这边,真正会卡你的是GRS和UL 2809。
GRS全球回收标准,再生含量不低于20%就能申请,但申请下来只是开始。它不光查你料里有多少回收料,还顺手套上环境、社会、质量一大堆要求,物理链路追溯四要素齐全,全链条可追溯。UL 2809更狠——把再生含量声明拆开验证,PIR和PCR占比算清楚,区分闭环料和开路料,第三方来人现场审核一整套。
ISCC PLUS走质量平衡路线,欧洲品牌客户常点这个名。

Many people think recycled LCP is just cheap LCD material, slightly inferior to virgin material.

Without a certificate, no matter how evenly you make the V-0, brand clients and OEMs won't dare to list you as a qualified supplier; With a certificate, the same ton of recycled liquid crystal material can cost a whole price higher than uncertified.

The recycled LCP certification system is layered, with each layer having a gate.
The first layer is recycled content certification, GRS, UL 2809, proving that your material really contains a lot of recycled material and traceable physical links; The second layer is for electronics and electrical appliances, UL94 V-0 natural flame retardant plus RoHS and REACH hazardous substance compliance, proving you dare to take on brand OEMs; The third layer is automotive, with IATF 16949 automotive-grade validation proving you dare to enter the ECU and sensor supply chain; The fourth layer is the national standard, GB/T 46830.1-2026, just released and implemented on December 1, 2026. The recycled material side currently follows GB/T 40006.1 general rule.
Each layer is built with real money. Whatever type of customer you want to serve, you have to first open the door.
But let's be clear about one reality: for key high-frequency components like SMT connectors, industry practice prohibits recycled materials; only non-critical parts accept 10% to 25% adulteration. This is why recycled LCP follows the main path of non-critical components and adulterated materials—not because they don't want to enter key parts, but because the regulations really don't allow it.
UL94 V-0 is the inherent cost of molecules
UL94 LCP has the easiest path to enter the V-0 gate.
To achieve V-0 in ordinary engineering plastics, brominated or phosphorus-based flame retardants must be added to the material; if too little, it cannot pass the hot threads; if too much, it will have chemical properties and precipitate white frost. LCP is different—its main chain is fully aromaticized, its molecular structure is inherently flame-retardant, and thin-walled parts can stably exceed V-0, without a single flame retardant added.
What does this mean? It means it is naturally halogen-free, and the RoHS and REACH hazardous substances compliance system is basically free, so exporting to the EU requires no extra hassle. Mainstream grades like Sumitomo, Celanese, and Poly all have UL yellow cards.
But there's a pitfall on the recycled material side: the original UL yellow card is not the same as the UL yellow card for recycled materials. If you use recycled material to cut thin wall parts, after re-firing, flame retardancy consistency between batches may fluctuate. OEMs want stable material across batches, not just lucky first pieces. Simply put, V-0 is the inherent cost of molecules, but batch uniformity depends on sorting and pelletizing processes to earn it themselves.
IATF 16949 automotive standard, the blending ratio is written in the code
This automotive line isn't about how strong your performance is, but about how much you dare to write about the blending ratio.
IATF Under the 16949 system, the automotive-grade parts LCP squatting—sensor housings, ECU peripheral connectors—are strictly specified in the automaker's specifications: critical safety and high-frequency signal components must not be recycled material; non-critical structural components must accept 10% to 25% recycled material blending. This ratio is not set by salespeople arbitrarily; it is calculated by the manufacturer based on part failure modes.
Sumitomo's official recycling technology documents clearly state: mixing recycled material at 30% yields a slight initial strength reduction, but after the third recycling, performance basically remains unchanged, strength retention rate remains above 90%, shrinkage rate almost unchanged. That's why automakers dare to give a 10% to 25% window — the industry knows this.
But don't get too excited. The Poly LAPEROS S475 has already received UL additional certification for 80% recycled material content, which is a closed-loop sprue material produced on its own from the injection molding machine to the pelletizer. Traders want to feed recycled materials into automotive-grade parts at this ratio, but the manufacturer reviews the source ledger and directly returns it.
GRS and UL 2809 test the booklet that can be opened
electronic brand clients; what really gets you stuck are GRS and UL 2809.
GRS global recycling standards, if the recycled content is no less than 20%, you can apply, but getting approved is just the beginning. It not only checks how much recycled material is in your material, but also applies a host of environmental, social, and quality requirements. The four elements of physical traceability are complete, and the entire chain is traceable. UL 2809 is even more ruthless—they break down the recycled content declaration for verification, clearly calculate the ratios of PIR and PCR, distinguish between closed-loop and open-circuit materials, and have a third-party on-site audit for a complete set.
ISCC PLUS follows a mass balance route, and European brand clients often mention this name.

Later, it shifted its sources entirely to Southeast Asia—the Chinese granulation base in Vietnam, the clean LCP sprue material produced by Thai electronics OEMs, following the GRS and ISCC PLUS lines, with the chain ledger completed one by one. Six months later, the European client passed the re-inspection, and the annual order doubled.
This is the value of Southeast Asian import channels—not just clean material, but also traceable sources. In the GRS and ISCC systems, it truly costs money. But to be honest: LCP is a high-priced, niche material; Southeast Asia lacks large-scale LCP aggregation capacity. Its sources mainly include sprue and runner materials produced by electronics foundries in that area, as well as re-exported waste from Japan and Korea. Batches are scattered and purity varies greatly, completely on a different scale from bulk recycled plastics. Customs HS codes don't separately disclose trade data for LCP recycled pellets, and channel layout in this area is accelerating.
This isn't a bonus, it's a moat—because traceability for GRS and ISCC certifications is rooted here. Where the recycled material comes from, and whose hands do it go through? Without this channel, you can't even make a perfect arrangement. Conversely, many domestic LCP traders have goods and accounts but can't produce a coherent overseas source ledger, so customers can easily expose their weaknesses. That's why, for the same ton of GRS-certified material, those with Southeast Asian import channels can sell for a bit more—they're not selling the material, but the account that can be opened, matched, and verified.
Five directions, selecting materials by certificate
Up to here, certification divides into five common directions:
GRS-certified material, clear recycled content chain, brand customers and export documents;
UL94 Electronic-grade material, intrinsic V-0 plus RoHS and REACH compliant set, targeting OEMs for non-critical parts;
IATF 16949 automotive-grade material, key parts prohibited from recycled materials, non-critical parts mixed with 10% to 25%, following automaker standards;
