PPO/PS合金,主打一个阻燃绝缘、尺寸稳,用在电子托盘、电气件上是把好手。可它照样吸潮,跟饼干开封放桌上一个道理——刚开封脆生生,放两天就软塌塌回潮,阻燃等级和介电性能跟着打折扣。阻燃V0的料一旦受潮进注塑机,表面起皮、强度下降,做出来的托盘过不了阻燃测试,整批退货。你说闹心不闹心。这料圈子还窄,下游就光伏和电气绝缘那几家,外行收了根本找不到下家。阻燃料尤其挑人,普通贩子分不清V0和V2,只能往死里压。料放坏了不是小事,是你看不见的折旧。
你要是随便叫个收废料的来,他大概率把你阻燃V0的好料跟普通PPO/PS混着收,理由现成:"长得都一样嘛。"长得一样,价差一大截。他把阻燃料挑走按普通料卖差价,回头还跟你说"这料不好出手"。这种操作,说白了就是拿你的好料贴补他的差料,你还帮着数钱。等你反应过来,料早拉走了,电话都打不通。你要是再心软一次,他下次还来,还按这套。说白了,统货商那套话术,练的就是你急着清仓的那三秒钟。
信息差这东西,在回收站比在菜市场还明显。
科隆干的是终端消化,不靠信息差吃饭。PPO/PS我们下游就有光伏、电气绝缘客户在对口收货,SABIC的Noryl、旭化成的Xyron这些阻燃牌号,收进来直接分流,不压库;冷门批次进自家改性配方消化。我们按牌号、阻燃等级、玻纤含量逐项分级定价,价明码实。自有产能加客户托底,行情再抖,报价也不跟着乱飘,不会今天一个价明天又变卦。阻燃料我们尤其门清,是V0还是V1,加没加玻纤,上机一测就有数,不跟你打马虎眼。
分级定价的本质,是让好料拿到好料该有的价。
流程五步走:报料→分级评估→上门收货→抵扣货款→结算开票。老王那六吨PPO/PS,评估完折成KONICE改性塑料新料额度,下个月电子托盘线的新料采购直接抵掉一半仓位钱。他自己都说,早知道能这么换,去年就不该拖到现在,白交了半年租金。阻燃料、普通料混在一托的也照收,我们现场分开分级,好的算好价,降级的进改性配方,不叫你吃哑巴亏。
清库存不是割肉,是把死仓位腾成活资金。

PPO/PS alloy features flame-retardant insulation and stable dimensions, making it a good choice for electronic trays and electrical components. But it still absorbs moisture, just like cookies left on the table after opening—they are brittle right after opening, but after two days they soften and regain moisture, lowering their flame retardant rating and dielectric performance. Once flame-retardant V0 material gets damp and enters the injection molding machine, the surface peels and loses strength, and the finished trays fail flame retardant tests, requiring a batch of returns. Isn't that frustrating? The material market is still narrow; downstream are only a few photovoltaic and electrical insulation companies; outsiders can't find buyers at all. Fuel barriers are especially picky; ordinary dealers can't tell V0 from V2 and can only press hard. Spoiled material is no small matter; it's depreciation you can't see.
If you just call any scrap collector, they'll probably mix your good flame-retardant V0 material with regular PPO/PS, with a ready-made reason: "They all look the same." "They look the same, but the price difference is huge." They pick out the restrictor and sell it at the price difference as regular material, then tell you, "This material is hard to sell." This kind of operation, to put it bluntly, is just using your good material to cover the difference in their material, and you help count the money. By the time you realize it, the material has already been taken away, and you can't even get through by phone. If you soften again, he'll come back next time and stick to the same trick. To put it bluntly, the whole merchandiser's sales pitch is just for those three seconds you rush to clear out.
The information gap is even more obvious at recycling stations than in the market.

Even if fuel blocking and ordinary material are mixed into one pallet, we still accept them. We separate and grade the good ones at a clear price, and the downgraded ones go into modified formulas, so you won't suffer silent losses.

Recyclable forms include obsolete original packages, sprue gate materials, corner machine head materials, flame-retardant test failed parts, and inventory scraps. Damaged packages and moisture are still accepted. Please store blocker fuel separately as much as possible for higher appraisal prices.
