高温料压库,压的不是货,是你一整批被冻住的高值资金。
PA46处理难在哪?它耐高温、耐疲劳、耐磨,发动机周边、齿轮、连接器都离不开。可它吸潮比普通尼龙还快,就像新海绵往水里一丢,颗粒看着好好的,烘之前谁也不知道吃进去多少水。受潮了注塑就气泡、强度掉,发动机件谁敢用?
再加上它牌号集中,主流就是Stanyl这几家,普通回收商测不准玻纤含量和热稳定性,只能按高温尼龙统货收。你那点60%玻纤增强的热门料,溢价全被一勺烩。
高值、专用、怕潮,是PA46呆滞料越拖越贱的原因。
你喊收废料的来,对方绕着托盘转两圈,"哦高温尼龙",张嘴就报个统货价。他分不清TW241F12是60%玻纤,还是TW300这种纯树脂。
有的贩子更绝,电话里先把价抬高,说"高温料我下游抢着要",车到现场又改口"这料存放久了性能掉,再让两块"。你货都卸了一半,拉回去又是一趟车费,只能认。
说白了,他赌的就是你不懂牌号、也急着腾地方。
统货商的热情,从来不是给你的,是给他自己留的砍价空间。

说个真事。北仑一家做齿环的厂,平台改款压了大概5吨PA46,其中两袋是60%玻纤增强的热门料。我们上门分级,三批状态好的按高温尼龙走发动机件客户,两批散料进改性配方,回收款抵了他下一单KONICE改性塑料的货款,算下来比卖统货多收回小几万,仓库也清出一大片。
把趴在账上的死钱换成新料额度,这才叫处理呆滞料。
说白了,你这料在别人手里要倒上两三手,在科隆这儿是能直接对上下游需求的货。中间那些倒手环节和压秤砍价,省下来的部分,都折回到你的报价里。
目前流通量大、我们常年在收的:Envalior恩骅力Stanyl TW241F12、Stanyl TW300、Stanyl TW200F6等。其他PA46牌号及国产高温尼龙,以实物评估为准。
回收形态:呆滞原包料(整托/散包)、水口料浇口料、边角料机头料、不良品件、库存尾料都收,标识清楚、未严重污染即可。高温料尤其怕受潮结块和混入杂料,能分袋分开更好。
"高温尼龙没人要?"真相是发动机件厂抢着要,只是他们不在废品市场收货。
"放着等下批发动机订单?"真相是吸潮不可逆,订单没来料先不值钱了。
"谁价高卖给谁?"真相是先高价钓你、到厂压秤砍价的,到手往往压到地板价。
Lao He makes engine peripheral parts in Yinzhou, producing synchronizer gear rings and bearing cages. Last month, an engine platform was revamped, and PA46 material was replaced with other brands' high-temperature materials, leaving five bags of Stanyl left in the warehouse. The whole tray was stacked on the shelf, with the outer box labeled "High Temperature Resistant." The granules inside were white and shiny, but when the order was cut, this material went from a hot item on the production line to a mere display in the corner.
Lao He knew very well: PA46 is the toughest part among high-temperature nylons, resistant to heat and fatigue. Making engine parts is a necessity, and the unit price isn't low. But this material is delicate, absorbs moisture quickly, and is sensitive to heat. Who would dare test it after sitting in a regular warehouse for a long time?
High-temperature material storage isn't about the goods, but about your entire batch of frozen high-value funds. What's so hard about
PA46 processing? It's heat-resistant, fatigue-resistant, and wear-resistant. Engine peripherals, gears, and connectors all rely on it. But it absorbs moisture faster than ordinary nylon—like throwing a new sponge into water—the particles look fine, but before drying, no one knows how much water has been ingested. Once moisture gets in the injection molding process, bubbles and strength drop—who would dare use engine parts?
Plus, with its concentrated grades, the mainstream is Stanyl. Ordinary recyclers can't accurately measure the fiberglass content and thermal stability, so they can only buy as high-temperature nylon for unified goods. Your popular 60% fiberglass-reinforced material is all steamed up at a premium.
High value, special use, and moisture avoidance are the reasons why PA46 obsolete material gets cheaper the longer it is delayed.
You call the scrap collector, but they circle the pallet twice, saying, "Oh, high-temperature nylon," and immediately quote a unified price. They can't tell if it's TW241F12 60% fiberglass or pure resin like TW300.
Some dealers are even more ruthless, first raising the price over the phone, saying, "I'm rushing downstream for high-temperature material," but when the truck arrives, they change their question: "If this material is stored too long, its performance will decline, so I'll give you two more yuan." You've already unloaded half the goods, and after hauling it back, you'll have to pay another transportation fee—you just have to accept it.
To put it bluntly, they're betting that you don't understand the grade and are eager to make room.
The enthusiasm of the wholesaler is never for you, but for them to bargain for themselves.

After so many years in business, one of the most common questions from bosses is, "How much is this material really worth?" Actually, the answer isn't complicated: materials with clear grades and condition are more expensive than mixed loading; Starting by grading one day earlier means losing a month of rent and interest.
Tell a true story. A Beilun factory that makes gear rings has a platform remodeled about 5 tons of PA46, including two bags of popular 60% glass fiber reinforced material. We go door-to-door grading: three batches of good condition are high-temperature nylon parts for customers, two batches of bulk material are modified into formulas, and the repurchase payment is used to offset the next order of KONICE modified plastics. Calculating it, they get tens of thousands more than selling bulk goods, and the warehouse clears out a large area.
Turning the dead money stuck in the account into new material quotas is what it means to deal with obsolete materials.
To put it bluntly, your material might take two or three lots in others' hands, but here in Cologne, you can directly meet the demand of upstream and downstream customers. The savings from the resale and weighing and bargaining steps are all converted back into your quotation.
Currently, the products with large circulation we regularly collect include: Envalior Stanyl TW241F12, Stanyl TW300, Stanyl TW200F6, etc. Other PA46 grades and domestic high-temperature nylon are subject to physical appraisal.
Recycling form: obsolete original packaging (whole tray/bulk pack), sprue and gate materials, offcuts and machine head materials, defective parts, and inventory scrap materials are all accepted. As long as labels are clear and not seriously contaminated, they are accepted. High-temperature materials are especially prone to moisture, clumping, and mixed with other materials, so it's even better if you can separate them into bags.
