同样叫"再生PP",有人卖四千,有人卖一万;有人能顶新料用,有人做出来全是废品。
价格差一倍,不是黑心,是等级差。
分不清等级就下单,跟闭着眼睛上赌桌没区别。这篇把等级体系拆开揉碎,看完你至少不会当韭菜。
再生PP没有统一的牌号,但行业有一套约定俗成的分级逻辑,六个维度:来源、国标命名、行业等级、加工用途、配方、特殊认证。
六维全懂当然好,但普通人抓住两条就够用:一是料从哪来,二是料有多净。
剩下的,都是在这两条上做文章。
料从哪来:工业料和消费后料,两个世界
工业回收料(PIR),是工厂里的边角料——注塑水口、薄膜边角、无纺布碎料、汽车件废料。没进过消费者手里,干净、批次稳,天生是"优等生"。
消费后回收料(PCR),是垃圾桶里出来的——洗衣液瓶、外卖餐盒、家电拆解件。经过千家万户,沾过油、贴过标、晒过太阳,是"复读生",得靠清洗分选翻盘。
同样叫再生PP,PIR和PCR,天生两种行情,这就是来源的力量。
国标命名看着绕,其实就五组码
国标GB/T 40006给了再生PP一套"身份证"写法,看着吓人,拆开就五组:
PP(REC)-G1-C-1, M, 160-91:G1是灰色,C是圆柱状颗粒,1是工业品来源;M是注塑级;160对应熔指18,91对应密度0.91。
颜色、形状、来源、工艺、性能,一码打尽。
学会看这串码,供应商想拿三级料冒充一级料,你一眼就能识破。
一级料不是玄学,是灰分说了算
行业把再生PP分成一级、二级、三级:一级灰分≤1%,白色本色,直接当新料用;二级灰分≤3%,杂色居多;三级灰分≤10%,只能做深色低端件。
更卷的还有A/B/C级:A级高端替代,熔指波动≤±8%、灰分≤0.05%、黑点数≤3个/100g,几乎和原生料一个水准。
宁波有家做白色家电外壳的厂,贪便宜买了三级杂色料,白色件上灰黑纹一道一道的,整批报废。后来让宁波市科隆新材料有限公司从越南、泰国、马来西亚、印尼、菲律宾的料源库里调出高纯度一级料,再按等级重新匹配料源、调整配方,外观良率拉到97%,报废率从15%压到1%以内。
本质上,等级不是标签,是白花花的钱。
汽车级凭什么牛?灰分0.35%了解一下
再生PP的天花板,是汽车级。
国标GB/T 44362-2025给车用再生PP划了硬杠杠:灰分≤0.35%,熔指波动±1.2,拉伸强度保留率不低于原生的92.5%。
这个要求,比很多原生料的出厂标准还严。能过这道门槛的料,才有资格进主机厂体系。
目前中国再生PP用在汽车、电子等高附加值领域的比例约28%,欧洲已经43%——差距就是机会。
用途和配方,各吃各的饭
除了等级,再生PP还按用途和配方分门别类:
注塑级、拉丝级、吹塑级、挤出级、纤维级——按熔指分工,各干各的活;
通用型、增强型(玻纤/滑石粉/碳酸钙)、改性型(增韧/阻燃/耐候)——按配方分家,各吃各的饭。
选料时先定用途,再定配方,最后看等级,顺序不能乱。

The recycled PP industry is deeper than you think.
Both are called "recycled PP"—some sell for 4,000, some for 10,000; Some can use new materials, some end up as scrap.
Doubling the price isn't about being ruthless, it's about the grade.
Ordering without knowing the grades is no different from sitting at the gambling table with your eyes closed. This article breaks down the grading system, and after reading it, at least you won't be taken advantage of.
There is no unified grade for recycled PP, but the industry has a set of conventional grading logic: six dimensions: source, national standard name, industry grade, processing purpose, formula, and special certification.
Knowing all six dimensions is great, but ordinary people only need to grasp two things: first, where the material comes from, and second, how clean the material is.
The rest is all about these two points.
Where does the material come from: industrial materials and post-consumer materials, two worlds
Industrial recycled materials (PIR) are factory scraps—injection-molded sprue nozzles, film edges, nonwoven fabric scraps, and automotive scraps. They have never reached consumers, are clean, have stable batches, and are naturally "top students."
Post-consumer recycled materials (PCR) come from the trash can—laundry detergent bottles, takeout lunch boxes, home appliance dismantled parts. After passing through thousands of households, having been oiled, labeled, and sun-exposed, it is a "repeat student," relying on cleaning and sorting to turn things around.
Also called recycled PP, PIR and PCR are naturally different market trends, this is the power of sources.
The national standard name looks complicated, but actually it has five codes
National Standard GB/T 40006 gives recycled PP a set of "ID cards" writing methods. It looks scary, but when broken down, there are five groups:
PP(REC)-G1-C-1, M, 160-91: G1 is gray, C is cylindrical particles, 1 is industrial source; M is injection molding grade; 160 corresponds to a melting index of 18, 91 corresponds to density 0.91.
Color, shape, source, craftsmanship, performance—one code covers everything.
Learn to read this string of codes: if a supplier tries to pass off Grade 3 material as Grade 1, you can see right through it.
Grade 1 material isn't mystical; it's the ash content that decides .
The industry divides recycled PP into Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3: Grade 1 ash ≤1%, white natural color, used directly as new material; Grade 2 ash ≤3%, mostly mixed colors; Grade 3 ash ≤10%, only used for dark, low-end parts.
The competition is even more intense for grades A/B/C: high-end A-grade alternatives, melting index fluctuation ≤±8%, ash ≤ 0.05%, black spots ≤ 3 per 100g, almost on par with virgin materials.
In Ningbo, there's a factory that makes white appliance housings and bought grade 3 mixed pigment for a bargain. The white parts had gray-black streaks and scrapped the whole batch. Why is automotive-grade so impressive? 0.35% ash content Let's understand
The ceiling for recycled PP is automotive-grade.
National Standard GB/T 44362-2025 gives automotive recycled PP a strict standard: ash content ≤ 0.35%, melt index fluctuation ±1.2, tensile strength retention rate not less than virgin PP 92.5%.
This requirement is stricter than many virgin materials' factory standards. Only materials that pass this threshold qualify to enter the OEM system.
Currently, about 28% of China's recycled PP is used in high value-added fields such as automobiles and electronics, while Europe has 43%—the gap is opportunity.
Uses and formulations, each has their own food
Besides grade, recycled PP is further categorized by purpose and formula:
Injection molding grade, wire drawing grade, blow molding grade, extrusion grade, fiber grade—divided by melting finger, each doing their own job;
General-purpose, reinforced type (glass fiber/talcum/calcium carbonate), modified type (toughened/flame-retardant/weather-resistant)—divided by formula, each serving their own purpose.
When selecting materials, first determine the purpose, then the formula, and finally the grade—the order must not be confused.
Final note: Six-dimensional material selection, don't just ask about price
1. Ask source: PIR or PCR, price difference is double;
2. Ask grade: Grade 1/2/3, ash score decides;
3. Ask code: PP (REC) five-group code, learn to read the secrets;
4. Ask about purpose: Only order if the melting finger matches the process;
5. Ask about formula: general, reinforcement, or modified? Don't rely on generic materials to handle reinforcement parts;
6. Ask about certification: food-grade, automotive-grade, whatever you want, take it.
