二、同是PA66，价差凭什么这么大
PA66的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，玻纤含量不同。纯树脂便宜，15%玻纤贵一点，30%玻纤更贵，40%以上玻纤最贵。玻纤加得越多，强度越高，价格也越高。
第二，功能改性不同。阻燃、耐磨、耐高温、耐水解——这些都要加钱。你买的不是纯尼龙，是加了料的尼龙方案。
第三，粘度和流动性。高流动适合薄壁注塑，加工效率高，价格也贵；高粘度适合挤出，价格相对低。

第一，看玻纤含量不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次玻纤含量可能波动，拿到料先测灰分，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿PA6当PA66卖，拿纯树脂当增强级卖。要COA、要物性报告、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价18块，做出来次品率5%；B料单价25块，次品率1%。算到每件制品上，B料反而更便宜。
