NBR/PVC
OMNOVA(美国)
国产NBR/PVC(纳百川等中企)
国产NBR/PVC(其他中企)
NBR/PVC
NBR/PVC

How much is NBR/PVC per kilogram?
Quotes range from CNY 6/kg to CNY 30/kg. NBR/PVC (nitrile rubber/PVC alloy) is not one material: general, oil-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant and high-hardness grades each carry a different price.
The alloy combines NBR's oil resistance with PVC's weatherability, and is used in seals, rubber rollers, wire and cable, automotive weather strips and work gloves.
1. Mainstream grade quotes (imported + domestic) — recent market references; live prices subject to same-day inquiry.
OMNOVA (USA)
Chemigum P83, 33% ACN nitrile powder, approx. CNY 20-30/kg. PVC modification, extrusion, calendering, hoses, weather strips.
Chemigum series, general-purpose, approx. CNY 18-28/kg. PVC modification, seals, rubber rollers.
Domestic NBR/PVC (Nabaichuan and other Chinese producers)
6022A, hardness 60, general-purpose, approx. CNY 12-20/kg. Seals, rubber rollers, wire and cable.
7022A, hardness 70, medium hardness, approx. CNY 13-22/kg. Seals, rubber rollers, automotive weather strips.
8022A, hardness 80, high hardness, approx. CNY 14-24/kg. High-hardness seals, rubber rollers, structural parts.
SC-830E, nitrile powder for PVC modification, approx. CNY 16.73-22.08/kg. PVC modification, weather strips, hoses.
NV7030h, automotive-sealing rubber alloy, approx. CNY 18-19/kg. Automotive weather strips, cable jacketing, protective covers.
Domestic NBR/PVC (other Chinese producers)
General-purpose, approx. CNY 6-15/kg. Cost-effective; seals, rubber rollers, wire and cable, work gloves.
Oil-resistant grade, approx. CNY 10-20/kg. Oil-resistant seals, rubber rollers, oil lines.
In short: domestic general CNY 6-15, domestic oil-resistant CNY 10-20, imported general CNY 18-28, imported oil-resistant CNY 20-30.
2. Why prices differ so much
Four factors: (1) Nitrile content — around 20% is cheap; above 50% gives better oil resistance but costs more. (2) Hardness — low hardness (60) is cheap; high hardness (80) mid-range; ultra-high (90+) expensive; hardness decides the application. (3) Oil-resistance grade — high grades need special formulations. (4) Brand and origin — for the same general grade, OMNOVA costs 30-50% more than domestic, paying for quality control and R&D.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often gives seals with poor oil resistance and oil leakage, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test hardness and oil-resistance grade against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell PVC as NBR/PVC or low-nitrile as high-nitrile; demand the COA, a nitrile-content test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost per seal: A at CNY 6/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 15/kg with 1% — B is cheaper.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need oil resistance AND cold resistance, high hardness AND high elasticity — you need modified NBR/PVC. Ningbo Kolong New Materials is developing high-performance modified NBR/PVC grades covering oil resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance and flame retardancy. Message us for a modified NBR/PVC quote reference.
In plain terms: standard grades are a big pot of shared rice; modified compounds are a dish cooked to order.
5. Same-day quotes via message
NBR/PVC prices change daily — butadiene, acrylonitrile, PVC and exchange rates all move. Message us for same-day quotes; real numbers.
Final words
The gap between CNY 6 and CNY 30 is not CNY 24. Unit price is the threshold; choosing the right nitrile content and hardness is the baseline. You are buying a solution for making oil-resistant seals. Do the math per seal, add rejected-goods loss, and you will know who is truly cheap.
